Resort amenities w/ privacy of a gated estate. The Muirlands is the Beverly Hills of La Jolla. All homes in Muirlands are on 1 acre + lots for gracious space, quiet and prestigious seclusion. 7000+ sq ft, mansion elevated on crest of 1.25 acre grounds. Full SAVANT AV System. Tournament size tennis court with Pickleball court, 1/2 court basketball , pool, hot tub, full gym, 6 bedroom, 8 plus baths (6 ensuite baths) . Grand, exclusive, expansive, elegant and extraordinary.

These are extraordinary times and we appreciate your trust in us. Resort quality VERY PRIVATE estate with tennis, pickleball, basketball, pool, spa, gym and gated grounds. You will want to explore La Jolla but you really would never need to leave the grounds of the estate.

A La Carte Choices --

Tennis Court lighting. The good news is the tennis court (tournament size) is freshly resurfaced and has lights. The bad news is that stadium style lighting at night takes a ton of power plus in San Diego electricity is very expensive and evenings are PEAK RATES. If you are a dedicated tennis player interested in operating the tennis court lights at night, please advise that you want to elect this option. Surcharge is $50 per day for length of stay (50 x # of nights). We cannot turn on and off during your visit. Of course, you can use the court as you wish during daylight hours at no cost.

Summer POOL HEAT (82 degrees) SURCHARGE-- there is a $150 per day surcharge IF and ONLY if you want pool heated during NON SUMMER SEASON or you desire heat up to 88 degrees. Utilities in SD are crazy high. . No surcharge during Summer (June 21 to Sept 21) except heat above 82. Spa heat ALWAYS on and not subject to surcharge.

Towels -- per Airbnb Select and Super Host standards, we provide two sets of towels (bath, hand and wash cloth) per sink in bathrooms. For example, the master bath has two sinks, thus, four sets of towels. We provide one pool towel per guest. Although for benefit of the environment we encourage multiple use of towels, we invite you to use the laundry room to wash towels during your stay if desired.

Concierge Services. We have received a number of requests for special services such as grocery shopping, other shopping, caterers, chefs, etc. We may be able to accommodate such requests as follows. Minimum expense is $400 and the service fee is 25%. For example, a $400 grocery run by our team would have a surcharge of $100 for a total of $500. NOTE House Cleaning services available and not subject to the minimum -- contact us about frequency and schedule desired
