Fun, open space. Walking distance or short ride to all major destinations. Pike Place Market, Paramount, Convention Center nearby.

Located above Kremwerk, Timbre Room and Cherry Nightclubs! (quiet weeknights/loud weekends)

The space
Welcome to vintage Seattle charm with a modern twist. The building itself was formerly a candy factory and dairy hence the name, and is now home to three music venues, restaurants, offices, apartments, artist lofts, and your airbnb!

Exposed brick, modern and new furniture and beds, memory foam queen sized bed in bedroom 1, full size regular bed in bedroom 2. Granite countertops, dishwasher, in unit washer dryer, open deck surrounded in striking views of skyscrapers. Ideal location in the city to see it all. This is a unique find and affordable rate for where and what you are getting.

**This space is above a Nightclub and gets loud noise from that in the space at night, generally Friday - Saturday nights. DO NOT BOOK, if that could negatively affect you. On rare occasions the club is open Afterhours! We recommended this space for people who are planning to attend the nightclub or are a night owl. If this still sounds intriguing to you, read on! If you are coming to party and partake in the Inclusive Nightclub, you will love this space, if not this is likely not the space for you. (please no parties when the nightclub is closed) Do not underestimate the noise of the club. Please only stay on clubs nights if you view the club as a feature rather than a bug. You'll get inclusive entry with your stay once you book. There are occasionally events on Thursday !

Other nights of the week it's quiet and peaceful. Keep in mind of holidays and check the Kremwerk events calendar on their website if you are concerned as weekday events can pop up on occasion.

**Parking: Kremrest does not have it's own dedicated parking. There is street parking (be sure to read signs and pay meter) or utilize one of the various paid parking lots nearby. Searching online around the address will produce multiple options. There are affordable outdoor lots on Stewart and Minor.

**Wifi is currently 100mb download 100mb upload.

Access is up one flight of stairs to the second floor of a 2 story building. Doorways are 36 inches wide. Unit has two steps between kitchen and living room.

This is above a nightclub which is currently closed Sunday - Thur so it's generally quiet at night, then and loud and many vibrations at night Friday and Saturday. If booking weekend nights please be coming for the club not inspite of it. It is quite loud on Friday and Saturday nights. It's perfect for those who plan to attend the clubs or be out late. There are occasionally events on Thursdays.

The Denny Triangle neighborhood is a rapidly changing area right in the heart of Seattle. Plenty new to do, and have a classic Seattle experience as well. This is located basically in downtown between South Lake Union, Belltown and Capitol Hill. Great location !
