This space is above a Nightclub and gets loud noise and vibrations from that in the space at night, generally only on Friday and Saturday nights. DO NOT BOOK, if that could negatively affect you. ***Noise warning Only applies to Friday and Saturday. We recommended this space for people who are planning to attend the nightclub or be out late. If you are coming for the clubs you'll receive complimentary entry. **Business Travelers**Monday - Friday this space is quiet at night. If this still sounds intriguing to you, read on! (please no loud parties in your own units when the nightclub is closed) - it is Right Above the speakers of the club so those 2 nights are loud and the vibration can be intense. Do not under estimate the noise and the club has the best bass in the city. The space is quiet and peaceful on other nights.

This cozy, spacious and well equipped loft is adjacent to multiple music venues, restaurants and bars, and comes with free entry to our nightclubs Kremwerk, Timbre Room and Cherry! Kremwerk is rated Seattle's Best Nightclub! Monday - Friday this is a quiet urban reprieve, Friday - Sunday morning prepare to join the nightclub downstairs for drinking, dancing, drag shows, DJs, live music, performance and more! Amazing location, within walking distance to Downtown, Capitol Hill, South Lake Union and more! This space is located in the same building as Kremwerk, Timbre Room and Cherry Nightclubs! Because of our location, please be aware for the potential for noise during events (Friday - Sunday morning). Keep in mind around holidays there can be additional events or one offs. Cherry is the loudest room so check the calendar on the Kremwerk website to plan ahead.
Bedroom has a queen sized memory foam bed. Additional sleeping in common area has a queen sized pull out sofa bed.
Space comes complete with TV, free internet, and DVD player with small DVD library.
****Booking Monday - Friday there will likely not be an event in the downstairs clubs and in this case the space is quiet at night and perfectly located and appointed for ***business travelers and families (though not baby proofed).**** (except for party holidays like Halloween and NYE) Space is very near Washington State Convention Center, downtown Hotels and etc.
***There are events in the downstairs Nightclubs Friday and Saturday nights with the occasional other night especially around holidays**** There are occasionally events on Thursday.(very rarely)***** During events there is sound in the space from the club music. It can be LOUD and many vibrations during events - occasionally there are Afterhours. DO NOT BOOK if you think staying above a nightclub will bother you**** Visit the Kremwerk website for calendar and more information. More events TBA. We recommend booking this bnb during the weekend if you are planning to attend the nightclubs, will be out and about late at night or are a night owl. This is also a great space for guests who want to make some noise themselves (with respect for their neighbors). Staying in this space is comparable to going on a music cruise and is all inclusive of all event covers in all venues during your stay. On the weekend, the space is also very popular with small Bachelorette/Bachelor parties, birthday parties, holiday gatherings, business dinners, and more! This is a very dynamic space and location! People from many walks of life love this space!
During the weekdays it's very quiet!

The majority of our guests love this space as it's truly a unique experience and you won't find anything else like it in Seattle. If you love dancing, drinking, drag shows, and nightclubs you will love having that available for no extra charge in your basement! And if you on here to see the sights or attend to business in a fun space, this is also ideally located for you! No matter what night you rent the space, please be aware there is the potential for noise, this unit is in an entertainment area and unexpected events can occur that can be heard in the unit. Do not stay in the space if this is possible to negatively affect you.
The building itself was formerly a candy factory and dairy hence the name, and is now home to three music venues, two restaurants, offices, apartments, artist lofts, and your airbnb!

Access is up one flight of stairs to the second floor of a 2 story building. Doorways are 36 inches wide.

**Parking: Kremrest does not have it's own dedicated parking. There is street parking (be sure to read signs and pay meter) or utilize one of the various paid parking lots nearby. Searching online around the address will produce multiple options. There are affordable outdoor lots on Stewart and Minor. I also recommend parking in Met Towers for overnight parking.

You'll have full access to the unit with complimentary entry to our nightclubs, Kremwerk, Cherry and Timbre Room! They are open Friday and Saturday night and are loud until late. The club is occasionally open on Thursday nights. (but not as loud)

Other things to note
Space is located above a Nightclub. Extreme event sound can be heard during club hours (generally Friday - Sunday morning) - This unit is the loudest out of all four available unit in the building as it's just above a speaker stack. Monday - Friday checkout it's peaceful and quiet.
