After a day exploring the park (which you can hike into from the house), cool off in our outdoor shower.

Just 5 minutes from downtown 29 Palms, you'll be close to everything you need all while enjoying the tranquility of your own desert oasis.

Being so close to the park entrance, we're the perfect launchpad for hiking, cycling, climbing, or distance running. Our home sits at a higher elevation than the town, so you'll get expansive sweeping views of the park, mountains, and valley.

Our 1100 sq ft house and our entire property are all yours to enjoy.

We have amazing stargazing and backcountry hiking.

Everything you need or want is within 10-15 minutes of the house including groceries. We are also within the radius of delivery services like Instacart. Twentynine Palms has shops and restaurants including the best bakery in the high desert (and Starbucks).

Although you'll want to drive to the park to see the main attractions, Joshua Tree National Park is just a short walk away. There's great cross-country hiking from the house for anyone that is up for an adventure. We're happy to share that information when you book.

Our house is located on a quiet road. There is plenty of on-site parking.

ROAD CONDITIONS: Roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four-wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts and exposed rocks, particularly after rain.

Other things to note
Like all homes in the area, our house has a septic tank. Please don't flush anything except for toilet paper.

Neighborhood highlights

We're in a pocket next to the park boundary and very close to the best park entrance. Our home sits at a higher elevation than town which provides amazing expansive views. There are very few homes in our neighborhood and they all sit on multi-acre lots. This means privacy without having to be fenced in.
