Before confirming your reservation, please carefully review the information described below _
1. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT🔑: Check-in will be done from 4:00 p.m. independently (note that in very high season: July - August and Holidays, this time is subject to change). Key retrieval will be done via a lockbox. All access information to the accommodation will be available on your AIRBNB app (NOT the browser), 48 hours before your arrival.
Check-out inventory will be from 10:00 am depending on our daily schedules.
Early checkouts at 9:00 AM are possible on appointment. Checkouts desired by guests BEFORE 9am will also be self-contained via the lockbox.
2. Linens 🧺 such as linens and towels are NOT INCLUDED in our rental rates. You are free to use your own equipment or ask us for a provision at our laundry. For health safety reasons, textiles are packaged in sterilized plastic films.
RATES: €20 X1 flat linen set (single or double) /€10 X1 bath linens + X1 small towel /€5 X1 bath mat + 1 kitchen towel (in addition to linens and towels ONLY). For hygiene reasons, it is strictly forbidden to sleep on the mattress pads and pillow covers. Duvets / blankets and pillows are provided and cleaned free of charge by the Owners.
3. CLEANING 🧹 will be done at the end of your stay by professional teams. We will also leave the equipment and cleaning products at your disposal within the accommodation for your daily use. Note, however, that the property must be returned in a state of "respectable" cleanliness and tidy as upon your arrival (disposal of household waste by you).
4. accommodation CAPACITY👤: This accommodation is equipped to accommodate 6 people maximum (children / babies included). The number of occupants should be what is stated on your booking confirmation as well as the profile registered on AIRBNB. Minors are 🔞 not allowed to stay at this accommodation without the presence of their parents. You may be asked for an ID before Check In.
5. PETS 🐾 are not allowed. Strictly no SMOKING / VAPING 🚭 inside the accommodation (tolerated outdoors).
