This modular house is a real tiny house with only 33 m² of usable space. It is particularly sustainable and energy-efficient (KfW40, quality seal for sustainable buildings) and can be expanded modularly. It is characterized by particularly high-quality and aesthetic furnishings.

It is the model house of the company Hejmo Homes in Grimma, which produces tiny and modular houses between 25 and 120 m² of usable space.

The space
The detached modular house is fully rented and is designed for 2 people. There is a private parking space and a terrace for private use. Attention: The property has been newly created and is not yet fully landscaped. Please look closely at the pictures!

The house has a high-quality equipped kitchen incl. fridge, dishwasher and stove/oven combination with four burners, coffee maker, etc. Coffee and basic beverages are provided. The bathroom is also equipped to a high standard and includes a sink, toilet and shower. A washing machine and towels are also in the house as well as shower gel/soap. In the sleeping/living module, there is a double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m and a TV with Netflix. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and the kitchen table is a wonderful place to work.

As a model house, this house has some special features, e.g. that some windows cannot be opened (e.g. the panoramic window) because different window types are shown. Ventilation (also transverse) is nevertheless possible and there is a ventilation system with heat recovery that continuously brings fresh air into the house. Another special feature is the heating system, which works via a PV system, heat pump and panel heating in the ceiling. The room temperature is set to 21 degrees during the day and 19 degrees at night. In summer, the rooms are pleasantly cooled accordingly. If you like it much colder or warmer, please specify this when booking, then we will switch to "feel-good temperature."
