Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment + bonus room (it’s up to you to find it;) in a 130 year old historic mansion, the large 1000 sq foot space where this apartment is located was originally the attic space of the large Victorian mansion. Located in a central Northside location close to walking trails, walking bridge, downtown, several restaurants and breweries.
