The space
The apartment in the ground floor house is located on the cliff between Fiesa bay and historic town Piran. In front of the house there is a large garden with an astonishing view over Adriatic Sea to the Gulf of Trieste and the surrounding hills. Garden has a spacious green meadow and planted pine trees, palm trees, olive trees, bamboo, mandarins and other flowers which give a pleasant natural shade and the spirit of the Mediterranean. The location really offers an oasis of beauty and tranquillity.
A pleasant part of the house is also neatly arranged, covered outdoor terrace for dining with a chairs, table and fireplace, which provides shelter in the hot summer days.

Nice green meadow in front of the house with amazing sea view is suitable for relaxing, dining, playing, meditating, doing yoga or having fun with sports like slack line, badminton, football, boules …
Following the private path through garden, where you can smell and admire the Mediterranean vegetation, you can descend to the beach in about 3 minutes. Access to the sea is flat with a small rocks and the water is crystal clear.
Along the coast a beautiful promenade leads you to the center of Piran - Pirano. You can also use the hillside way with just 10 minutes walking distance to the main square of Piran (Tartini square). Medival city with small port for fishing boats and sailboats will enchant you with its beauty and authenticity. Suitable for everyone that appreciate traditional culture and healthy environment. Small restaurants where you can eat local food, marketplace with fresh food from farms nearby, fish market with daily fresh fishes, friendly people with an easy lifestyle, secrets in the narrow streets, windy cape with a perfect sunset view. In the summer season there are daily cultural events, especially in Tartini square with various festivals, music, galleries, museum and aquarium.
Just 3 minutes walk distance from the house is a nearest bus station.
Fiesa bay is also 5 minutes walk distance from the house. There you can find bar, restaurant, swimming pool, saunas, fitness and outside basketball playground of the Barbara hotel.
Outdoor in vicinty of the beach is a playground for kids and a lot of tourist offerings: small shops with ice cream, diving center, bicycles and kayaks to rent...
About 2 km long walk along the coast will lead you to the Portorož - Portorose, the main touristic center on the Slovenian seaside with big hotels, casinos, night clubs, various restaurants, bars and marina. In Portorose you can arrange your sailing, windsurfing, kiting, supping and other trips.

Access to the apartment:
From the direction of White Cross on the hill down the road against Piran - Pirano and Fiesa you will drive to the Piran cemetery, where the bus station and the parking house are. In this intersection turn right to Fiesa lakes and then the first small road left between vacation houses till the address Fiesa 29 - Justin

Tourist Tax
In Slovenia, it is a law that the host is responsible for notifying the local police station about every tourist who stays in the municipality of Piran (or any other place in Slovenia).
Therefore, upon your arrival, we will scan your ID cards and charge you the tourist tax, which costs:
18 years and older: 3.13 EUR per person / day
7-18 years: 1.56 EUR per person / day
0-7 years: free
