We will make every effort to ensure that our guests can stay at our hotel with peace of mind by taking the following measures.
➀Unnnnecessary interactions
Basically, in order to prevent person-to-person infection, check-in, check-out, and other interactions will be handled through messages.
➀Alcohol disinfection
Basically, after guests use the room, we wipe it with sterilizing alcohol to prevent infection.
★We will ask all guests to present their passports and disclose their names, addresses, and occupations after confirming their stay in accordance with the law. Failure to do so may result in denial of check-in guidance or accommodation itself. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
(Japanese residents do not need to present passports, only the names, addresses, and occupations of all guests.)
★If you use extra towels or linens than the number of guests, you will be charged an additional fee.
★Luggage can be checked in from 12:00 pm on the day of check-in.
★Late check-out will be charged at 2,000 yen per hour. Please understand that if you do not notify us 2 days prior to check-in, we will not be able to prepare the room, and even if you notify us 2 days prior to reservation, we will not be able to prepare the room if there is no vacancy in the room.※However, please note that an unapproved late checkout without prior agreement will be considered a violation, and a fee of 5,000 yen will be charged for every 15 minutes of extension.
★We may charge an additional fee if we judge that the room is too messy to be cleaned by our normal cleaning work (from 4,000 yen). (From 4,000 yen) Also, oversized garbage will be disposed of for a fee (from 3,000 yen).
★Many cases of people taking their keys back home have occurred. Please return the key to its original place when you check out. We will charge you for lost keys (from 20,000 yen)
In the event of damage or loss, we may charge the price of the item plus additional necessary expenses such as arrangement fees.
★Smoking is not allowed in the room. If the smell of cigarette smoke permeates the room, it is difficult to remove it, and the next guest may be asked to move to a different facility. We may file a claim for the handling of damage caused by such smoking.
★We reserve the right to have our staff enter your room with a spare key during your stay in case of emergency or maintenance of the facilities. We will try to add a message before entering, but in some cases, we may enter with or without your consent.
