Our home is located in a serene and tranquil neighborhood, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Yet, it's conveniently close to:

Beaches: Just a 25-minute drive to the beautiful coastline especially Malibu.

California Lutheran University (CLU): Only 10 minutes away for visiting students or attending events.

Local Hospital: A quick 5-minute drive, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.

Tesla Supercharger Station is only 6 mins away:)

Spa heating is included in price per night.
Pool heating is an additional $100 per day.

We are in a quiet neighborhood so please respect our quiet hours from 930p to 8 am.

The Fireplace is off limits unfortunately.

Thursdays our gardeners come by.

Friday morning our pool guy comes by :)

Please do not feed the fish in the pond:)

Trash pickup is on Tuesday mornings.

No unauthorized guests or parties allowed.

100 per night to heat pool to 80 degrees.
It takes just under a day to heat so please let me know at least 24 hrs in advance.

By renting this space, guest understands they are solely responsible for their actions in and around the property including having children around the pool and jacuzzi and are solely responsible for any and all injury or bodily harm to them and their party during their stay.
They will not hold liable the host and owners of the home whatsoever. They use the property at their own risk and discretion.
