The Dull House is a cozy space where you can have a peaceful rest for those who are tired of everyday life. The space
The living room space, which is raised in the form of a skip floor, overlooks the sea, and the toilet and shower facilities are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and towels are provided 2 per night/person. The interior is always prepared with steam cleaning. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils, a coffee machine, 2 types of tea, and utensils, so you can cook simple meals. (Please note the prohibited foods in the terms of use)
Guest access
Heal yourself while watching the sea from the private front yard in front of the sea and the free indoor jacuzzi. In the independent yard, you can be guaranteed free activities without being affected by your pet.

To prepare for the next guest
Please keep your checkout time.
Check-out is at 10:30. (Please be sure to observe the time. The cleaning time is predetermined.)
Please put food waste in food vinyl in the sink, and the remaining waste
Paper (various packaging materials/toilet paper, etc.) and others (vinyl/plastic/glass bottles)
Please separate them into two and arrange them at the inner entrance, not outside the front door, when you leave.
Please wash the dishes and cooking utensils you used.
No smoking in the room
Only reserved guests can use it.
If a person other than the reserved number of people uses it, they will be moved out immediately without a refund.
Arbitrary assignment without the consent of the host is not possible. All accidents (safety, damage, contamination, etc.) that occur in the event of an unauthorized transfer are the responsibility of the original contractor.
Parking is available for one car per building. If you want to park an additional vehicle, near the entrance of the Deoreok house
Please park in the public parking lot in the village.
It is prohibited to install the event prepared by the couple. In case of damage, restoration to the original state is required.
Fire hazardous elements are strictly limited inside and outside.

The Deoreok House prohibits any commercial activity other than for recreational purposes.
Please note that in the event of commercial photography or other acts after entering the room without prior consultation at the time of booking, you will be taken out of the room without a refund.
We do not operate barbecue.
It is absolutely prohibited for customers to arbitrarily proceed with barbecue.
Also, grilled fish, meat, etc. that can leave a smell inside

The smell may linger and cause discomfort to the next guest.
In case of damage or loss of furniture, interior props, or provided tools, you must reimburse a separate price.
Bedding is not replaced or cleaned for consecutive nights.
Please refrain from eating in bedding to prevent contamination of bedding.
Please do not flush the toiletries used in the bathroom and dispose of them in the trash cans provided.
Please do not throw food waste in the toilet.
The living room window of the Ddol House is a tilt-type sliding door.
Please familiarize yourself with the instructions (attached to the door) and open it.
Please note that opening it forcefully may cause a malfunction.

Be sure to place the door handle in the locked position.
The temperature setting in winter is suitable for an indoor setting temperature of 23 degrees. Please adjust upwards by 1 degree according to the symbol.
If you raise the temperature too high in the early stages (28 degrees or higher), the boiler may be damaged.
After cleaning, the boiler is set to 23 degrees by default and set to be warm when the customer arrives.
Due to the nature of wooden houses, the air at a temperature that has quickly heated up does not escape easily, so if you raise the temperature too much at first, the temperature will not go down well even if you lower the boiler temperature later, causing inconvenience. Please raise it by 1 degree and use it according to your preference.
The Deoreok House is located in the middle of Dongbok-ri village so that you can feel Jeju closer.
It is right next to the residents' houses, so please refrain from excessive drinking or making loud noises late at night.
Please refrain from using the outside yard after 10pm.
The Deoreok House is difficult for pets to enter due to the convenience and taste of various guests.
For the different tastes of each individual, we ask for the broad-mindedness of customers who love pets.
The stone wall on the seaside of the Dudel House is a place created to block the wind and waves.
If you go up the stone wall or down the stone wall, there is a risk of safety accidents, so please do not go up.
The screen windows in the living rooms of Bille-dong and Oreum-dong are equipped with mosquito nets. Please do not open or close the insect screen. You may be exposed to safety incidents such as insect inflow and fall.
Toddlers under the age of 5 require special attention from their parents as there are many stairs in the house.
The safety management of customers and especially precious children is the responsibility of the guardian.
All responsibility for children's negligence lies with the guardian.
Please pay special attention to infants and toddlers.
It is under regular disinfection.
However, due to the nature of a single-family house exposed to nature, it is impossible to completely block the inflow of external pests.
Please lock the door when entering and exiting, and close the insect nets when opening and closing the windows.
If you are sensitive to the above, please be careful when making a reservation.
We inform you that the customer is responsible for all safety accidents caused by carelessness when using the facility.
