Enjoy your stay in a quiet neighborhood tucked back one block from Main Street. You are at the sidelines of the action but not directly "IN" the action. From the house, enjoy a view of the beautiful flowing river and the hustling activities of Main Street. Sit on the front deck, soak up the sunshine, enjoy a drink & watch the boaters, walkers, joggers, travelers and tourists.

The space
FRESH, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and COZY! PRIVATE four-bedroom home with yard and ample parking. Bring up to 10 people! This home underwent a full remodel and upgrade prior to going on the rental market, everything within was purchased brand new. This adorable house is fresh and clean and disinfected top to bottom after each reservation. It boasts enough room for several couples or family with extended family. How about a girl's weekend with several of your friends? We have accommodations for ten people, sleeping arrangements, table service, towels and other daily needfuls. The ONLY house in Grafton like it! The home is fully furnished...just bring your personals and your groceries if you wish to cook. Enjoy time outdoors at this home! A large deck spans the front with seating. Smaller deck on the back. Patio set, sling benches, two fire pits in the back yard. Seating on the ground floor exterior area too. Charcoal BBQ grill & gas grill provided for your convenience. Want to enjoy a quite evening around a fire? No problem...just one of our comps! We offer free firewood for you during your stay. No need to bringing any. Need secure private storage during your stay? We have a large garage where a boat, motorcycle, sports car, etc. can be stored and locked up during your Grafton visit with us! Enjoy all Grafton has to offer! St. Patrick's Church is a stones throw away. The house is one block from Hawg Pit, ball field and public boat launch. Three short blocks from the heart of downtown, you can walk to 3rd Chute, The Pub, Grafton Winery, shops to enjoy food, shopping, music and beverages. The Oyster Bar and Grafton Marina are across the parking lot to the south in the downtown area. Four and Five short city blocks away you will find the park, O-Jan's Fish Stand, Aeries Zipline, the Sky Lift, Uncle Andy's, Knotty By Nature, City Hall, Police Station, Gas Station, Ice Cream Shop and several gift and novelty shops, antique shops and other restaurants. The other direction a few blocks, to the west, find Drifters and Beasley's Fish Market. Enjoy a ferry ride across the river to the Missouri side either in the heart of Grafton via the Grafton Ferry (seasonal) or cross a few miles west of town at Brussels ferry. Enjoy Pere Marquette State Park for hiking, bike riding, horseback riding, picnicking, fishing, view majestic bald eagles, watch river traffic, enjoy a scenic drive up through the park and be sure to try the restaurant inside the lodge. Do you have a boat or jet ski's? Bring them! Room for parking at Drift Away and the public boat launch is visible from the house. Convenience and comfort!
