Casa Colibrí is a brand new modern 3 bed/3 bath house with spacious outdoor living areas nestled between Baja's best surf breaks, Cerritos and San Pedrito, in the upscale Gavilan neighborhood of Pescadero. It features spectacular sunrise views over the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains and sunset views over the Pacific Ocean.

The space
Bedrooms. The house features three bedrooms, including two king-bed bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and built-in closets. There's also a smaller bedroom with a full-size bed on the second floor, all of which offer blackout curtains for a comfortable sleep.

Outdoor Living Areas. The property boasts spacious outdoor living areas. The first and second-floor outdoor spaces have pergolas for shade and open areas for soaking in the sun. The rooftop deck offers stunning sunrise views over the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains and sunset views over the Pacific Ocean. It features an outdoor kitchen/bar area, a 5-burner gas grill, gas fireplace, an 8-person dining table, loungers, and a custom built-in sofa. A spiral staircase leads to an even higher rooftop deck for panoramic views.

Kitchen. The first floor hosts a well-appointed kitchen with brand new appliances, making it ideal for cooking and hosting dinner parties.

Living Area. The first floor also encompasses a dining area with an 8-seat designer parota table, a living room with a 65" smart TV and Sonos sound system, as well as a gas fireplace for cozy evenings.

Bathrooms. In addition to the en suite bathrooms in the king-bed bedrooms, there's another full bathroom on the first floor.

Laundry. The property includes a laundry room for added convenience.

Outdoor Shower. There's an outdoor shower to rinse off sand after a day at the beach.

Additional Amenities. Casa Colibrí provides extra amenities such as yoga mats, boogie boards, a dumbbell set, coolers, beach chairs, towels, and a beach umbrella.

Water Filtration. The house is equipped with a full-house water filtration system, ensuring potable water for guests.
