Despite being located on the 5th avenue guests still have easy access to all the entertainment of the town center, the seafront promenade and public beach which are all an easy downhill 8 minute walk away. The uphill walk home is a gradual slope with limited steps and can be done in less than 10 minutes.

The office is air conditioned with ample space for 3 workers and separate from the rest of the penthouse for privacy. Access is through the master bedroom.

Guests can enjoy an indoor/outdoor lifestyle with the large wrap-around balcony with undisturbed views over the sea, Sarandë bay and Corfu island. The covered balcony has a table that can accommodate 8 people, a charcoal BBQ, pass-through window and lounging areas. Steps from the main balcony lead up to an additional, private roof balcony with 360 degree views which is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying picture-perfect sunsets.

Sarandë is lovely all year round with different vibes over the seasons. The most lively and busy period is June to August. The shoulder periods a couple of months each side of this is fun to experience the town ramping up and down. Although, some of the restaurants and bars close for the rest of the year, there is plenty to enjoy year round.
