Welcome to Aspalathos House – your private three-floor retreat in the very heart of Split.
Perfectly located just steps from Pjaca Square and the famous Riva Promenade, our fully renovated home blends authentic Dalmatian charm with modern comfort. Within a 10-minute walk you’ll reach Bačvice, Split’s iconic sandy beach, while the ferry port and bus station are around the corner – ideal for exploring the islands of Hvar, Brač, and Šolta.

The space
Our house is spread over three floors and accommodates up to 4 guests, offering a rare level of comfort with three private bathrooms – one on each floor.

• Second floor: Double bedroom (double bed, TV), private bathroom (shower & toilet), air conditioning.
