Thompsonville Lodge House Rules and Additional Disclosures:
1. No Smoking or Vaping: To protect the health and comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited both inside the cabin and on the property.
2. No Illegal Drugs: The use of illegal drugs on the premises is strictly forbidden.
3. Firearms and Fireworks: For the safety of all guests and to ensure a tranquil environment, firearms and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
4. Occupancy Limit: The property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests at any time. This limit is set to comply with safety regulations and enhance the quality of your stay.
5. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
6. Parking Restrictions: Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 cars in the driveway. Parking on the grass or on the road is not permitted.
7. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
Additional Disclosures:
1. Video Surveillance: For security, there are active, recorded video cameras installed at the exterior driveway, and on the side and back areas of the lodge.
2. Noise Monitoring: A decibel monitoring device is in place to ensure compliance with local noise regulations and to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere. This device only measures noise levels.
3. Bathroom Configuration: Please note that the primary bedroom contains a bathroom with no bathroom door.
Penalty for Rule Violation: A violation of any of these rules will result in a $500 fine. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
