Our modern 2-bedroom apartment in Dubai Creek Harbour is a perfect Holiday Home for a family of 4 guests with its own state-of-the-art amenities. After 4 guests, we can allow 2 extra guests at our property with Infant upto 2 years stay free but above 2 years, we need extra amount of AED 100 per person, per night.

Our Holiday Home daily price is inclusive of Tourism Fees as per Dubai Economy and Tourism (DTCM) local regulations i.e. AED 10/room/night (Standard Holiday Homes)
DOCUMENTS:
As soon as you have booked your stay with us. Please send us the following information on the day of your booking or at least 24hours prior to your arrival:
- Passport copies showing photo identities and residence address for all guests
- Tourist / Working Visa/ Travel documents / Emirates IDs for all guests
- Approximate arrival time and departure time.
The above is mandatory to allow access to the property.
OTHERS:
* Social Hub Room / Multi-purpose room is also available at request which can be used to celebrate any special event (subject to availability and nominal booking charges of AED 150 per hour and maximum 10 guests)
