The space
Your only costs in addition to nightly rate, with discounts for longer stays, are Airbnb booking fees and taxes, and pet fee if you bring a pet. If you want the full condo experience, but only need one bedroom and one bathroom, check out this lovely space.

This beautiful light filled 1/1 condo includes 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom, living area, dining area, full kitchen, and patio with seating, gas grill and gas heater for cooler nights. WiFi provided. HDTV is WiFi only, with many free channels. Bring your own subscriptions to your favorite channels. NEWLY UPGRADED to Directv Streaming, which provides cable-like channels. The bedroom has a king sized bed, small closet, chest of drawers, and HDTV. You can enjoy beautiful mountain and sunrise views from large bedroom windows (room darkening and insulating curtains, and vinyl sunscreen film on windows) and also have access to the patio! Ensuite bathroom has double sink, tub is a Jacuzzi with shower. Ceiling fan with light, and bed-side lighting and tables.

Living room has three seat sofa with pull out full bed, love seat, and single chair, as well as coffee table and side tables with extra lighting. HDTV, books, puzzles and card games are provided. Highly functional and stylish ceiling fan/light has remote control.

Dining area has seating for 6, full sized table and chairs, and 2 seats under the island between kitchen and dining. High chair to attach to chair is available upon request.

Well appointed kitchen includes gas stove/oven with griddle, refrigerator with icemaker, and large sink with disposal. Toaster, blender and coffee maker are also included. You will also find plenty of cooking pots/pans and utensils, as well as all tableware. The cupboards are lightly stocked with dry goods for your use.

Patio overlooks mountains to the east, and golf course to the southwest. It is walled in, so safe for pets, with supervision, and has a small area of artificial turf for safe pet potty area. Please do not leave pets out unsupervised, both for neighbor's comfort, and safety of your pets. Desert wildlife might consider your pet a tasty snack.

Please remember to pick up dog droppings, both in patio and when on walks. Dog waste bags are provide in our unit.

Security includes safety locks on all exterior doors, installed high enough to deter young children.

No specific disability accessibility, but the house is on a single level, with the only steps being the curb, and a small step at exterior doors.

This property is part of the Green Valley Recreational Centers association. You can buy a pass for some or all of your stay. Just let me know. I have to provide you the forms. Green Valley Rec has 16 separate facilities, all with pools and gyms, including saunas and spas, including one indoor pool! Each center also has numerous clubs and classes.

Guest access
Guests have access to the condo described above, including patio, but not the second bedroom, which locks away from this listing. NO COMMON AREAS except the exterior doorstep.

Other things to note
Parking includes 1 designated space, under roof, in front of the property. Limited number of guest spaces (first come, first served) are in the center area of the compound.

Flooring is decorated cement/concrete with area rugs.

This is a 55+ community.

Pets are free to use the back yard/patio, or may be walked on leash along the roadway or hiking trails. Either way, please remember to clean up after your pet. Doggie bags are provided. Please do not leave your pets unattended on the patio, and pay attention when walking. Many of our desert animals and plants are not pet friendly.

PET FEE OF $50 is per stay, per pet.

Outside gas griddle, and heater come with gas bottles filled. If you run out, please be kind and refill or resupply the small bottles of the griddle.

Neighborhood highlights

Quiet Canoa Ranch area is a 55+ community that LOVES guests! Two resort-like recreation/social centers within 1 mile of our property. Buy a "guest-card" for access during your stay, you will love it! 16 total centers in the Green Valley Recreation organization, including an indoor pool. ** Our closest Recreational Center, Canoa Hills, is closed for the summer, but will reopen with a brand new facelift in September! The other 15 are still open!
