Both the living & family rooms have gas fireplaces & French doors leading out to a expansive covered patio! You'll love the private heated pool & spa, incredible mountain, desert & city light views.

The space
Perfect for hosting family & friends, the spacious eat-in kitchen offers an abundance of cabinetry, built-in desk, granite countertops & backsplash, electric cooktop, double wall ovens, & peninsula with breakfast bar. The primary bedroom has a gas fireplace, bay window with seating area, access to the backyard, & en-suite bath with dual sinks, jetted tub, separate shower, & huge walk-in closet with built-ins. Secondary bedrooms all have en-suite baths. Other features include a pool table, large laundry room with cabinets & utility sink, powder room for guests, & a 4 car garage. - Sleeps 8 guests

This rental has a 30 day minimum requirement.
Host covers $250 of the utilities per month. Anything over this amount will be taken out of the utility deposit. $1,000 utility deposit is required upon booking. Any remaining deposit will be refunded back to the guest upon receiving all utility bills.
