Vacation rentals in Guana Key

We did not want to leave Jean’s place!!! Already planning our next visit 🇸🇽 First of all Jean’s communication was quick and friendly and he recommended some great local spots as well as an emergency dentist that was incredible & fixed my problem right away. We were blown away by the view from the windows and the rooftop… I have never stayed anywhere like it. Absolutely 10/10 beautiful view. The sea is right below the building and you can see all the way across the bay and watch beautiful super yachts anchor for the night. Oh and there are colourful iguanas on the cliff side too. Trop cool!! 🦎 The shower of all showers!!! Will miss showering while looking out over the blue sea and the colourful shipwreck. Everything was great- comfy bed, shower with a view, tvs with Netflix etc, pool and outdoor area to chill… we will be back! Thank you Jean 🙏

The penthouse is incredible bright and spacious. It has a perfect layout, two master bedroom suites at each end. The penthouse is stocked for a long term stay. The property manager Danielle met with us, she was fast to answer any questions we had and suggested very good restaurants and places to take our grandson too. Don’t worry about booking this place you will be in good hand’s in a beautiful penthouse suite.

Condo was pristine, comfortable and well appointed with what we needed for our vacation. We made use of the pool noodles, games, and restaurant recommendations. The daybed was a big hit and a great place for our son (8) to read and for us to play board games. Condo complex is very well maintained and we loved the pool and the beach. You will hear the planes, but we also got used to it quickly. Sale & pepe was a great restaurant recommendation. We explored the island and particularly liked Pinel Island and Friars Beach. Would not hesitate to recommend or to return!

There's a reason Fleur de Mar has a near perfect rating. Their villa was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. The view is incredible and the villa has everything you could possibly need. It also was close to everything. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. I'd also like to give a big thank you to Donald their house manager. Talk about responsive, he literally showed up within minutes when we had an issue with the air conditioning. He was super friendly and called to wish us a safe journey home. I can't wait to go back!

I cannot say enough about our wonderful stay in Sint Maarten. The Airbnb was fabulous and had breath taking views. It was perfect for a family vacation with common areas for family gatherings and meals. I would highly recommend the concierge service offered by this Airbnb. They made our vacation fabulous and did not skip any detail. We felt like we were their only customers even though they had several other properties. The continued support through the planning phase made my life easier so I could focus on other things. They made sure we had a variety of restaurants to visit and even booked the best table in each location. The last night, we changed our plans so they went to the Irish Pub to determine what was the best place for our family - amazing care. Melissa even took us on an amazing hike with her family dogs. Villaway's was THE BEST!!! Thank you for making our vacation special.

This was an absolutely gorgeous apartment with everything in pristine condition and very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed and more than we needed. Francoise was a fantastic host and his assistant Rachel were the best team I have so far encountered in my AirBnB experience. They supercharged our vacation and made it extremely special and memorable. Thank you, thank you.

Absolutely perfect even better than the photos . Excellent location . Dominique is on site and was absolutely amazing and quick if we needed anything and super nice . Hot tub was warmed for the evenings . Nice and private can’t say enough about this property and hosts . Will definitely stay again . Outstanding . Thank you for hosting our family .

We loved our stay here! Views are stunning. Very walkable location to beach and places to eat/drink. The hill to the house is very steep, be aware of your have mobility issues. This was described in other reviews, so we were prepared. No doors on the bathrooms were a downside, however the whole space is beautiful. Pool was great and the kitchen is very nice.

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.
