The best place to stay in Dehradun—it's an easy choice! The caretaker is attentive and welcoming, and the host is friendly and highly responsive. The house is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the Rajpur Road market. Most importantly, the place is impeccably clean and well-maintained.

Very good place to enjoy your time. Rooms are very clean and host is responsive to answer all the questions. In this property there are 2 big rooms & one small room and lobby area is very comfortable to accommodate 6-8 people. Bathrooms are also very clean.

The stay was fantastic, exactly as depicted in the photos. The place was squeaky clean, and the host, Kunal, was exceptionally responsive, keeping us well-informed with every detail in advance. The caretaker, Ashok Ji, was incredibly warm and gracious, going out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Additionally, the aloo paranthas for breakfast were absolutely delicious—flavorful and satisfying. I highly recommend this charming and well-maintained place to everyone.

If you’re looking for a place near Shastradhara, this is the perfect spot! The location is unbeatable, and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning – truly worth it. All the listed amenities were as promised, ensuring a comfortable stay. What made the experience even better was the warm and friendly vibe. The maid was incredibly helpful, and the host was always in touch, making sure everything was perfect. To top it off, Surbhi, who lives next door, cooks delicious food at very reasonable prices – a real treat! The house itself is lovely, with a cozy, homely feel that made me feel right at home. I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this area!

Amazing home in the hills. For a city dweller staying in a home in the hills in a pristine neighbourhood in a heritage building from 200 odd years ago is a dream come true. And for my boys growing up on Ruskin bond, it was time to see and experience a bit of all that Bond wrote! Lovely experience for the entire family

Great spacious villa in the heart of Sinola Forests. Offbeat location but various nearby options like Robber’s Cave for hanging out. Close to Pacific Mall too. From blankets to comfy slippers, Sujeet had it all covered. Sagar (caretaker) was also really helpful without harming any privacy.

Suman was extremely cooperative. We checked in late night (at 12AM) and she had everything taken care of. The caretaker Vishal is an amazing guy, he had kept normal and hot drinking water ready for us when we reached. Had a medical emergency at 4:30AM, called Vishal and he picked up in an instant. Super helpful and reliable. And yes, the place belongs to Army veterans, you’ll love talking to the host and they’ll make you feel like home
