Just like many of the reviews listed this place was amazing! Spacious, very clean, and responsive host. As all others have said Jefferson and his mother were amazing. Great food and great responses from Jefferson. Everything we needed was right there. We like to keep our places clean but they made the extra effort to make sure we had everything we needed! 15 minute drive from the house to the town but that was understood. If you want privacy and solitude there is no better place we did one day in Manuel Antonio and still don’t understand why more people don’t stay in Playa Palo Seco. Amazing location with the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen. Can’t say enough about this Airbnb. Nothing negative at all. Tip: Respect the ocean. The tides are scary of course but you need to do your research and keep your little ones close!

Perfect location steps from amazing beach. Quiet and safe/secure neighborhood. Maud was extremely helpful and very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at David's place. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room between the bedrooms, main living area, back patio and the pool, and the deck above the pool area. Beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaner came twice during our 11 day stay. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking or visiting in the kitchen. The iguana's were everywhere and we enjoyed the two cats that came around regularly. Communication with the house manager was good. She does work a full time job in addition to managing the house so the responses aren't immediate, but they happened rather quickly.. She setup the private chef for us who catered to our various dietary needs. It was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

It’s hard to sum up my feelings about this place. It was so special and wonderful. It’s hard to describe. I also hesitate about giving it so much praise because I worry that next time I want to book it it’ll be full! The place was perfect. It was right on a private beach at the end of a private road. The water was a perfect temperature. The sand was soft. The ground Keeper was so friendly and very helpful. He was very kind to my kids and we felt right at home! Also a huge added bonus were his dogs. My kids miss our dogs when we travel and they were thrilled to find dogs here waiting for us when we arrived. There were limitless activities for us to do. We could lay around on the beach or swim in the pool or do excursions that were close by. This part of Costa Rica is extremely beautiful! I would stay in a place like this over a resort any day.

Spencer’s place in Jaco is perfect, I’ve been to jaco many times and this was the perfect spot to be . It is peaceful and is 100 steps to the ocean . You can hear the beach break. It is also only a 10 min walk into town so you have access to all the restaurants and bars . The place was spotless, WiFi was good and the air conditioner worked really well. It was lush and spotless. Spencer was super accommodating and answered all my questions and even went out of his way to communicate. Incredible spot , will stay in the future and highly recommend Spencer as a host

This place was like heaven on earth for us. The location and grounds are breathtaking, a few steps away from a quasi private beach yet nestled into the jungle. Lots of wildlife to be seen from the house. The groundskeepers were lovely and helpful. The house itself had a rustic feel but had everything we needed and was very clean. Will definitely come back. What an amazing place.

Tahia estuvo desde el inicio muy pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera la mejor. Amamos llegar a este lugar tan cómodo y bonito. Sin duda alguna deseamos volver, como familia comentamos que ha sido el lugar donde la mejor experiencia vacacional hemos tenido. La comodidad, la ubicación, las amenidades y el excelente servicio de los anfitriones merecen todo el reconocimiento!

We enjoyed our stay. Very walkable- restaurants and shops are within 3-10 minute walk (depending how far you go of course). It is spacious & comfortable w/ beautiful views. The parking lot and pool are gated which gives a better feeling of security. The amenities listed were great for our needs. There are pool towels as well as bath towels. My only notes are that the south building’s view is blocked by north one (as in the north one is closer to the beach; they are not even distances from it); the shower off the queen bedroom has poor engineering & sprays out into the floor if you don’t shower right up against the wall bc there isn’t a full door; the living room TV didn’t work well but hopefully that will be fixed after our stay. But all over very happy with our stay here! Would stay again!

This is a brand new, squeaky clean modern condominium with excellent security. The management team is fabulous they arranged transportation for us and everything went seamless. Neil allowed us to check in early which really helped us out. We rented beach loungers out in front on the playa from Jaco Surf School, so we could go from the ocean boogie boarding to the pool easily. The location is great and the underground parking was very secure. It was easy to move our gear up with a trolley and a shopping buggy to the apartment without multiple trips. The furniture is great, beds comfortable and air conditioning is great. Nice stay in Jaco. 👍👍

Le logement de Cindy fera partie des plus beaux B&B que nous ayons faits. Il est conforme aux photos, très propre et très bien équipé. Il offre une vue à couper le souffle ! La piscine, vue sur l’océan, est un véritable plus. Merci Cindy pour votre gentillesse !

Vivi and Jorge were wonderful at making sure that we had everything we needed. Midweek, they came through to exchange towels and take out the trash. The location at the beach was so beautiful. We were able to swim in the ocean every day when the tide was low we were able to walk into town, there were trinkets to buy and great restaurants in Dominical. There were beautiful birds around the place, and it was very easy for us to go both north and south along the coast with a rented car. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a most relaxing time at Karen & Chiri’s Casa Paradise! Everything met our expectations: the house was clean, well stocked, surrounded by lush landscaping and a pool that was the perfect temperature to cool off from the tropical sun. We felt safe and secure, and enjoyed eating al fresco and having our morning coffee on the upper balcony. A short walk brought you to the local beach and a few restaurants. Be sure to try Los Almendros as it is the best restaurant in the area.

This was a great find! The pool is beautiful and surrounded by greenery and birds. The place had a very modern, clean feel. It was a great location- quick trip to Jaco and Manuel Antonio National Park was only about an hour and a half away. Jeffery was a great, responsive host that communicated promptly. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed at Villa Azul at the end of December for 4 nights. The location was great and close to town, yet very quite and peaceful. The access to the private beach was wonderful and a luxury for sure! it was a 5 min walk from our room! the views from the villa was amazing. We saw capuchin monkeys from our deck and scarlet macaws from the pool snacking on almonds. Amazing! This is completely on me as I did not see the floor plan closely enough in the listing, but I didn't realize that the two bedrooms don't have an interior connection. This was slightly inconvenient for us travelling with young children, but we made it work! just a heads up in case it helps anyone. Also, the interior could use some minor maintenance but nothing that prevented us from having an enjoyable stay! Pablo, the groundskeeper, and the cleaning lady were nice, and we appreciated the laundry service. Thanks to David and his team for making our stay memorable!

This property in Bajamar was nice and peaceful. The location is hard to beat. The Sand and Ocean as your backyard was very nice and peaceful. The Ocean isn't safe to swin in, but Sitting on the sand listening to the waves and watching the sunset is hard to match. The Home is very well spread out, with the bedrooms apart from the Kitchen and rancho were you can hang out and cook. If someone wants to sleep in or go to bed early, the rest of the group can be at the other part and not bother those wanting to sleep.

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

This is a very special house. The decor just made us happy...a unique blend of modern concrete floors and counter tops and handmade rustic furniture, gorgeous art work and even a little deco thrown in. The location is brilliant, you can see the water in the distance and there are meters and meters of lush green pasture between you and the road. There is a fabulous small pool which is perfect for cooling down in (very) warm uvita. Excellent air in all the bedrooms. The main room is not AC-d, but this was fine with us. Everything cools down a lot at night. There is a small nice sandy beach in the front (not great for swimming as there are rocks farther out) and Natalia will tell you about a secret beach that is about a 15 minute walk away that is spectacular. No one was there while we were there and the beach is huge and perfect for body surfing. Wonderful pizza at Pizza Time and great meals at Aricari and Gusto (but Gusto is tricky to get to without 2x4). Loved every minute!

We had a wonderful stay at Carrie's place in Bejuco. Her and her husband were incredibly communicative leading up to and during our stay. We appreciated the scenic views from the condo and watching macaws fly by in the morning as we drank coffee from the balcony. Away from the more touristy parts of the coast, we enjoyed coming back to the serenity of the condo after a day of exploring the surrounding areas. Would recommend for anyone seeking solace or a home base from Manuel Antonio.

I would have mounted the tv on the wall next to the wall where it was because it was really hard to watch from bed where it is now. Jean was very thoughtful and provided little extras that usually are not in an AirBnB and were appreciated. View was lovely and room was comfortable, great for a short stay. Thanks Jean!
