El apartamento es exacto como las fotografias. Las camas son muy comodas, todo muy limpio, la colonia y las casas son relativamente nuevas y las casas estan muy bien disenadas, la cocina es moderna y estaba muy bien equipada, el wifi funciona perfecto, el apartamento es espacioso, y comfortable y esta muy bien ubicado y es muy seguro. Me volveria a alojar en el lugar.

Excelente lugar, las habitaciones muy cómodas, todas con su baño y a/c, camas muy amplias y cómodas, la sala impecable con una pantalla nueva, la cocina sin igual, en la parte de la piscina todo muy bien, muy limpio y sobre todo disponible siempre. Las personas encargadas del aseo muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, sin duda un lugar totalmente recomendado. La playa a dos minutos y diversidad de restaurantes cerca. La pasamos muy bien en familia.

El lugar es tal cual las fotos que se muestran, quede gratamente sorprendida con lo limpio que estaba todo, una cocina enorme, completamente llena de utensilios, ollas, electrodomésticos, pero todo impecable de limpio. Los cuartos amplios, con su tv y aire acondicionado en muy buenas condiciones. La piscina lo suficientemente grande para pasar 10 personas sin sentirse amontonado, e igual Emmanuel el encargado limpiaba cada día, dejando el lugar hermoso y aseado para seguir disfrutando. Sin duda regresaré con mi familia, mi estadía fue de 3 días, y me fui con ganas de quedarme un par de días más!

We had a wonderful stay at Johanna's place in San Miguel! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and well kept. The house is spacious, clean, and equipped with all the essentials! The check-in instructions were clearly delivered and easy to access. The house is centrally located to many restaurants and local attractions. I would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this place!

Jannet was extremely responsive from check in to out. Her home was beautiful, it is not perfect for those who want to be close to the family or friends nearby. She provided clear instructions and the electric gate was super easy to use. I loved that the tv already had Netflix for my family to watch already. The WiFi was great plus the extenders was an added bonus to help the bedrooms further away from the main router.

The place has beautiful lighting and looks very modern. Perfect if you are thinking about taking a group of 5 or more. The laundry and washer along side with the fridge are new and work perfectly well. If you like nice views you’re gonna love this place. Right when you walk out the door, to your right you can see the San Miguel Volcano. The house is located far enough that the hustle and bustle of the city can’t be heard. But it’s also really close to the Garden Mall, Walmart, and Metrocentro. Basically it’s perfectly situated for exploring what the city has to offer.

Desde el primer momento, Edwin demostró ser un anfitrión excepcional: atento, amable y siempre disponible para cualquier consulta. La comunicación fue rápida y clara en todo momento, lo cual hizo todo mucho más fácil. La casa está ubicada en una residencial privada muy tranquila, ideal para descansar, y al mismo tiempo está cerca de todo: supermercados, restaurantes, farmacias y centros comerciales. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, con todos los detalles bien cuidados: desde café, azúcar y productos básicos, hasta una cocina totalmente equipada. Cada rincón transmite calidez y comodidad. Algo que agradecimos mucho fue el sistema de entrada autónoma, que hizo nuestra llegada muy sencilla. La pequeña terraza y el aire acondicionado en cada habitación fueron detalles que marcaron la diferencia y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Sin duda, lo recomendaría a cualquier persona que esté buscando

Our stay at this location was great, no issues whatsoever. I had a million questions (not literally) haha but it seemed like it and Rafael had no issues responding quick and was always there to help us in whatever we needed. My wife and kids had a great time and felt very safe during our stay. The proximity of everywhere we wanted to go wasn’t far and it was very easy to access. A/C worked and helped ease my boys with the temperatures outside, pool was great and used almost everyday. Peaceful and we would recommend this location to anyone deciding to come stay at San Miguel. Rafael, the host, was great, no issues and was very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. Thank you once again.

My staying at this house was wonderful, Sabrina is a super nice host and was always reachable. The place was very clean, the pool was a plus, you can relax there and get a cool refresh because of the heat around the area. I would definitely love to come back to this house if I get back to the area. There are a lot of beaches near the area and also is very near to the Conchagua's Mirador, which is great and also very close to Muelle los Coquitos, where you can get an amazing boat tour to the Gulf Islands.
