Enjoyed the proximity to local restaurants. The owners were nice and checked in on my needs (I stayed for two weeks). With it being an older building, the walls are thin so you can hear some noise from the adjacent unit if there’s louder tenants. That doesn’t bother me so it didn’t affect my review. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

We stayed for a dual Bach party and this place was just perfect. It’s a cozy and incredibly stylish loft that had a ton of space and super unique features. We would recommend for any group. We will close both days to distilleries and was so nice to come home to a great place.

Only stayed for one night wish i could have stayed longer! The pictures don't do this place justice! it's beautiful, very private in a gated community! Brenda was very welcoming, toured us thru the house.. All the beds were super clean and comfy.. All around was just a super peaceful lovely place.. We will definitely be back when we visit Louisville again! Thanks for being the best Brenda!! Crystal 💕

We really enjoyed our time here. It’s very convenient to all the Louisville attractions. Check and process was very easy and the house was very clean. There were great restaurants nearby. In a very friendly neighborhood. Johlandi was very responsive, she is an excellent host.

Stayed a week for a family trip around Louisville. We appreciated the nice, affordable stay. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Location is great as it’s very close to downtown LaGrange. Great little town! We enjoyed our stay!

We booked this home for my brother’s bachelor party. He loves bourbon and this house was conveniently located in walking distance to everything! Joanna recommended some local places to try and was so quick to respond and check in to see how everything was. The game room/fire pit were a huge hit for the guys. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

This Kentucky home is a perfect place to stay for visiting Bourbon country. Great location, short drive to restaurants. The house is beautiful and well stocked. All the bedrooms are upstairs, so if stairs are a problem this might be a consideration. Peaceful, beautiful backyard. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

In terms of value for what you pay here, this place is a steal! Great for a quick weekend place to stay! The home is exactly as described and looks pretty much identical to the pictures. I highly recommend! The only downside is that it feels a little cramped when you have 5+ people. But, if you only intend to stay the night here and clean up after a long day, I can’t say there are any downsides at all! Great place! Host responds quickly and the place was clean.

Very peaceful quiet neighborhood. The house is on a dead end road with no traffic. The back yard on the other hand had much to offer from the hot tub to a full park directly behind it along with access to a walking path around the park. We also enjoyed a couple little league baseball games from the back porch. Definitely a good place to stay !

Great place with responsive hosts. Our family loved the property, the views, and the area. We hiked around the state park trails there onsite, explored the little chapel, grilled out, ate around the fire pit, ate at The Chicken House, hiked around Charlestown State Park, watched a lot of March Madness, and just enjoyed being together.

Nice place! Good use of space and clean. Loved walking to food, and amenties close by. Had everything we needed. Bring food if you want, provided coffee, full working kitchen. A little noisy on street after 10 p.m. we weren't used to that ( were country folk) but a fan we brought helped.

Tyler was a gracious host. He was very responsive and flexible. the apartment was adorable! we loved the furnishings and the beds were super comfortable. everything was clean and we loved that there was popcorn and hot chocolate available for us.

Everything that was stated in the post was accurate. The deciding factor on choosing this Air B&B was a couple of things to me. We have been coming to Louisville for our activity for many years now. We have stayed in hotels, and the last several years AirB&B. In the past, it was kinda sketchy in some of the neighborhoods in Louisville, but this was not that way. This home had a driveway 3 vehicles could park in, enough furniture worth sitting on for 5 adults, outdoor furniture to enjoy on clear nights or early mornings. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, and one upstair. I will say that the downstairs bathroom is a little small, but the bedrooms have full length mirrors to help with getting ready. I hope to rent this home again in the future.

Unassuming from the outside and just stunning inside. Very clean, mid century vibe, great coffee bar, comfortable beds. I hope your home is available again next year. Moriah was incredibly responsive and helpful. I've stayed at a ton of Airbnb's and this one was one of the best I've stayed at.

The opportunity for me and my brother to enjoy the NCAA tourney while cooking on the grill, enjoying bourbon bought after our tour of Buffalo Trace distillery, all the while taking in the vast landscape by the fire pit and enjoying the Western Kentucky breeze and sunset. If you are looking for a true get away and enjoying a vaca solo or with loved ones this is the spot for you. Just wish we had bought more bourbon and firewood cause both never lasted long enough enjoying the conversations and the night sky. Definitely one for the memory books.

Kim helped me get reservations set up for my parents anniversary, for the second year in a row. She is extremely kind and helpful, and my parents loved her place and the area so much they went back! Very clean and nice place, plenty of extra amenities, beautiful views of the lake and surrounding area and wildlife, good restaurants within driving distance, and plenty of privacy and a feeling of safety and calm! Thank you again Kim from all of us, especially my very happy parents!

Deirdre was super responsive and even popped over quickly to address the AC not working and missing soap/shampoo. She was highly communicative and addressed all our needs in a timely manner. The condo is in the heart of the highlands and as such is super walkable. Great spot overall.
