Vacation rentals in Maitland City Council

Had an absolutely amazing time staying at this venue. The house is such a great place for a family holiday and is very child friendly. The house is clean, spacious and has many fun things available to do. My family and I had a great time swimming in the pool and using the games room and there is even a lovely child’s play room to keep the little infant entertained. The location is also great as it is not too far of a drive from Nelson bay. Would definitely love to come and stay here again for another holiday.

Our stay with Sally and Romo was absolutely magical! Their cottage is impeccable - exactly as pictured, cozy and welcoming. Walking in to find freshly baked bread, homemade cookies and cakes was just the beginning. What makes this place extraordinary are Sally and Romo themselves. Their genuine warmth, joy and desire to connect made us feel like longtime friends rather than guests. Romo's personal tour of nearby towns and pubs was a highlight, as was the enchanting riverfront on their property. Our dogs had the time of their lives exploring the fields and meeting farm animals. The entire experience was filled with thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality. Our only regret? Not staying longer! We left with treats, memories, and new friends. Without doubt, this was our best Airbnb experience ever - we're already planning our return! Sally and Romo aren't just hosts, they're the epitome of hospitality and human connection.

Wayne and Dave were lovely hosts for our 10 day stay in Metford - they were a wealth of knowledge in a lot of matters that were very relevant to our stay and we were very grateful :)

The house was very clean and well-kept, with a beautiful backyard and a lovely swimming pool perfect for relaxing. The host was responsive and everything was just as described in the listing. The only minor downside was that one of the neighbors didn’t seem very friendly, but it didn’t impact our overall stay. Would recommend this place for a peaceful getaway!

The house was beautiful with such vast outside space for the kids to run around and play. Clean and tidy with everything you need for a fun weekend in the Hunter. The two largest bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms which is a bonus. Mel was very responsive to our questions and everything from booking to check out went smoothly. Thank you!

We had a great trip catching up with our 3 children, their partners and their dogs in this lovely home which was as welcoming as the pictures showed. There were 3 main areas for socialising, 2 with TV's (in main house and in Queensland room) and 1 quiet space, appreciated by avid reader away from our competitive games noises. We spent most of our time in the large Queensland room, so our combined 4 dogs had a great solid floored area to play and chase so we could relax with them. All facilities were a hit, we played pool, darts and the pool was amazing, as was the scenery. While we relaxed in and by the pool our dogs thought it was a great area to zoom around and had the greatest fun. Liz went above and beyond providing lots of information on the local area, including shops, take aways, delivery places, local attractions and dog friendly wineries/ places to visit. We even had a lovely welcome pack . We would definately recommend this lovely home for family gatherings or events.

Had a wonderful stay over the weekend, house was well maintained. Sharon was a great host, easy to get in contact with and accomodating to our requests.
