In primis devo ringraziare Stefania e la sua cara mamma per le indicazioni dettagliate, la cortesia e l'ospitalità con cui ci hanno accolto. Pietrasanta è stata una piacevole sorpresa, ovunque vai respiri arte ci sono innumerevoli botteghe di artigiani e l'atmosfera specie a Capodanno con le luci notturne ti dà gioia. La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato è una bomboniera arredata ed attrezzata in modo confortevole non manca nulla, la cucina è completa, la camera da letto spaziosa, il bagno funzionale e soprattutto si riposa nel silenzio assoluto pur essendo a pochi passi dal centro. Ho viaggiato molto e usufruito delle strutture di Airbnb ma devo riconoscere che Stefania è molto attenta ai suoi ospiti ed è difficile trovare tanta professionalità e amore nel proprio lavoro. Continua così ti auguro ogni bene e spero di tornare.

Wir verbrachten als Familie (Kinder im Teenageralter) fünf sonnige Tage Anfang April in Cristinas Unterkunft mit traumhaften Ausblick über die Bucht von Lerici. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Cristina ist eine perfekt organisierte Gastgeberin. Sie stellt Tipps für den Urlaub digital zur Verfügung und antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist zudem der kostenlose Parkplatz in Lerici. Der Tennisplatz ließ sich gut bespielen. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt. Wer nicht in der Cinque Terre wegen der vielen Touristen wandern will, kann dies auch bestens vor Ort tun. Direkt neben dem Grundstück führt ein Wanderweg vorbei, der sich über den Bergkamm zieht und weitere wunderschöne Aussichten bereithält.

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

Manuela’s place is indescribable. Every touch and style choice helped make our stay one of a kind. I have never experienced peace and serenity like I did on Palmaria. This is such a special apartment. The kitchen is well stocked and great for cooking. The garden area is just beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful taste of Italy

Conosco bene Bogliasco, è un borgo che amo molto e quando posso cerco una soluzione per trascorrere qualche giorno di relax al mare, più facilmente fuori stagione. L’appartamento di Elena ha una vista spettacolare sul mare, all’interno di un bello stabile dei primi del ‘900 e con un bel giardino. Posizionato in modo strategico con servizi e locali comodi da raggiungere. Gli interni sono spaziosi, confortevoli, molto di stile e con un’illuminazione studiata. Ci piacerebbe tornare in una stagione più mite per poter godere della splendida terrazza.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

... schöne Lage vor einem kleinen italienischen Bergdorf (gegenüber der Kirche außerhalb des burgähnlichen Dorfes). Die Einrichtung ist auf engem Raum praktisch durchdacht, ohne Überflüssigem und trotzdem ansprechend. Die Lage ist optimal als ruhiger Rückzugsort und für Sternfahrten zum Meer und Sehenswürdigkeiten: La Spezia 1/2 h mit dem Auto, Cinque Terre Riomaggiore 1/2 h Auto und 1/4 h Zug (ab Bahnhof La Spezia), Lucca 1 h Auto, Pisa 1 h Auto und Strand in Lerici 1/2 h Auto. Wandern ist in der bergigen waldreichen Gegend wohl auch sehr interessant. Das haben wir diesmal nicht gemacht und probieren das bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt aus. Da direkt hinter dem Haus der Berghang stark abfällt gibt es einen Sonnenplatz nur auf dem kleinen Balkon und auf der alten Steinbank zur Straße. Das ist bei dem wenigen Verkehr und den total netten Nachbarn aber kein Problem. Wir haben uns 10 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wundervolle Unterkunft – Klare Empfehlung! Mein Aufenthalt in Francescas Unterkunft war einfach großartig! Die Wohnung war nicht nur sauber und gemütlich, sondern auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Francesca war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin – herzlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass ich hier wohnen durfte, und habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt, und die Atmosphäre in der Unterkunft war einfach angenehm. Ich kann diesen Ort nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und komme jederzeit gerne wieder! Vielen Dank, Francesca!
