Beautiful view of the Andes mountains. The apartment is very nice, very clean, and well-stocked. It is so helpful when Airbnb apartments have salt and this apartment had plenty of salt! The building has a gym and a pool that is open in the summer. It is near the Bellas Artes metro station so it is very fun and convenient.

it is small but a nice apartment, it is all the same as the photos in.airbnb,The owner is very kindly and the Nice point is that be offered to clean all in each week gratis, it should be your best choose!

ótimo ponto para visitar o centro histórico a pé e qualquer outro lugar de metrô porque a estação Lá Moneda fica do lado. Tem um mercado do lado também, muito útil para otimizar compras, lanches. funcionários da recepção extremamente cordiais e simpáticos. Mariana me recebeu e me levou até o mercado para me mostrar onde era, mesmo sendo a 2 minutos. Foi exatamente funcional e recomendo demais.

This was a lovely place to stay at the weekend between trips. Very close to the metro station, lovely little roof top pool, comfortable and the air-con was a big plus. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and give advice.

I love staying in this building. I have stayed there many times and Elias has a very nice unit. It is very clean and well furnished. The pillows are comfortable. The building has a gym and a pool (summer only). It’s right next to a supermarket and 1 block from metro Bellas Artes. The view is also nice.

Pasamos unas hermosas vacaciones. Excelente el condominio frente al mar. El personal muy atento y amable. impecables las instalaciones. El departamento también impecable. Todo funciona a la perfección. La vista al mar increible. La Comunicación con la anfitriona permanente. Hice varias consultas y me respondió de inmediato. Además de estar pendiente de nuestra estadía. Muy agradecidos tanto mi familia como yo de los bellos momentos que pasamos.

Alejandra es muy accesible, siempre atenta y responde rápidamente. El departamento es precioso, tranquilo, seguro, cama y sofá-cama de calidad, y tenia todo para la estadía ser tranquila. Nos sentimos como en casa.

Excelente lugar, muy céntrico, Pablo siempre contesto mis consultas, ademas fue muy amable y flexible con el check in y out. De todas maneras me quedaría de nuevo acá

The flat is located in the metropolitan area. Its walkable distance to all the major things the city has to offer. the neighbourhood itself is not extravagant but a few mins walk and you find all the tourists. The best thing is the price as it’s totally worth it. The amenities in the house worked find. The internet works super fast and had no issues with my meetings. There is a 25th floor with very nice 360 views of the city and also a self laundry that you can use for 1300 chilean pesos each per cycle for both the dryer and washing machine). I managed to also make breakfasts at home as it came equipped with all the utilities. The building is safe with 24/7 security and quiet neighbours. Over all a great stay (you eventually get use to the blue colour :))

Jorge foi um ótimo anfitrião, muito atencioso e proativo. O apartamento é ótimo, tudo muito novo e limpo. O arredor é muito seguro, com muitas opções de mercado, restaurantes, shoppings e transporte público. Voltaria certamente!

Apartamento muy lindo, edificio muy tranquilo y con personal agradable de portería. El apartamento coincide con las publicadas. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía amena.

Don Marcos. Siempre atento para cualquier cosa. Yo llegue el día viernes fui a lollapalooza y muy fácil de encontrar ese estadía cerca algunos mini market y minis restaurantes accesible para pedir ubers etc. la cocina el baño la pieza living todo okey impecable. Volvería algúnas vacaciones próximamente

Sector muy tranquilo, acogedor departamento para pasar unos diss en Puerto Montt. Muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona, lo recomiendo.

Lugar limpio y con comodidades básicas como Toallas y jabón/shampoo (uno a veces con viajes relámpago no lo tiene a mano) entonces esto crea una estadía “cómoda y amigable”

Excelente locación y muy ordenado como siempre, es la 2da vez que me quedo ahí y volvería otra vez!
