Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chang Moi Sub-district

This place was perfect! Amazing location in the old city, right next to Phra Gate. Very clean and spacious! Huge bathroom. Washer and dryer was great to have. The apartment remained cool and A/C wasn’t always necessary. I didn’t cook but the kitchen was full equipped.

원님만 도보 3분, 마야몰 도보 5분 올드타운도 도보 가능 님만해민과 싼티탐을 동시에 즐길수 있는 위치 숙소 매우 깨끗하고 특히 침구, 욕실 타올 깨끗합니다. 타올은 매번 삶을 세탁하시는듯 해요. 주방도 간단하지만 구비되어 편리 욕실 수압도 좋아요. 호스트 친절하십니다 강추하고 싶은 곳, 나만 알고 싶은 곳 다시 와도 머무르고 싶은 곳이에요 원님만 음악 소리가 밤에 들리지만 익숙해지더라구요.

Ik heb het 2 maanden uitstekend naar mijn zin gehad; volledig uitgeruste keuken, alles aanwezig om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Drinkwater wordt op bestelling bezorgd voor een bizar lage prijs. Wasmachines en droger op de begane grond, maar ik ging naar een laundry shop om de hoek. Achter het gebouw, van de grote weg af, ligt een leuke typisch Thaise wijk waar ik heerlijk door de kronkelige straatjes gewandeld heb

I flew in the day of the earthquake so I felt it at BKK and this unit was affected since it was way closer in Chiang Mai. The host and the host’s staff were very helpful given the circumstances i decided to relocate to another area of Thailand. I would definitely book again in the future ones resolved as the place was lovely and the host made it right for cutting my trip short. Thank you and sorry about your place.

The interior is really lovely. Everything I needed was there. It was super clean, the bed is comfy, a good amount of space. Great view of the city. I’ll stay here again!

Great studio in a fantastic location within Nimman. Mam is very welcoming and helpful to assist with any help needed. The accommodation has two balconies, one in the sun and one is shade and these provide lots of natural light. The wifi is also a decent speed.

Kately's accommodation is clean, beautiful and comfortable. The transportation to the accommodation is very convenient. The nearby places are suitable for relaxation and there are many famous tourist attractions and restaurants. Kately is very willing to help with everything. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was super clean and cozy, we really felt like at Home. The neighborhood is great, lots of paths to walk, especially around the Lake. The house has everything you need and even more. Nan is very friendly and nice person, I enjoyed meeting her! She is the best host I ever met on Airbnb! I recommend this place to everyone!

Ami was great and Gear was very helpful.

抵達當天，由於早於入住時間，房東讓我提早入住了，地點無可挑剔，附近有非常多當地美食小店且令人流連忘返。地點也很方便，前往尼曼區非常方便；但也因為位於交通繁忙的馬路邊，晚上會聽到吵雜的聲音，如果晚上容易失眠的人，可能需要斟酌這點！

We had a wonderful stay at Suratda’s place in Chiang Mai! The house provided everything we needed, making us feel right at home. A highlight was the rooftop pool, which we enjoyed during our stay. The location is a bit outside the city, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere—exactly what we prefer. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place. We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely come back!

Amazing condo in Chiang Mai. John’s place was modern, spacious, clean and had thoughtful touches like a fridge stocked with waters, eggs, bacon, and condiments. John was very friendly and responsive and was helpful and flexible. I highly recommend this space for your stay in Chiang Mai.

Мы прожили месяц в этой квартире и очень довольны тем, как все прошло. В квартире было чисто, был отличный интернет. Наличие стиральной машины было большим плюсом для нас. В целом, в квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Нам не хватило полотенца для рук в ванной и коврика на выходе из душа (докупали сами). В остальном все прекрасно. Расположение нам понравилось, поскольку мы много работали дома и в коворкинге кондоминиума. Рядом огромный торговый центр со всеми магазинами и развлечениями, что так же было очень удобно. Сам кондоминиум очень чистый, спокойный, с хорошим бассейном (хоть и прохладным) и отличным спортивным залом. Хозяин своевременно отвечал на вопросы и был на связи. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова 😌

한달살기를 할꺼라..고민되는 부분이 많았어요..일단 아이들과 함께라 치안과보안이 중요했는데..엘리베이터키도 따로 있고 콘도라 대부분 장기로 살고 계시는분들이 많아서 조용하고 좋았어요..건물이나 가구는 좀 세월에 흔적이 있지만..튼튼하게 지어져서 아이들이 맘껏놀아도 되고,층간소음없었어요..아무래도 동남아라 과일두고 나갔다왔더니.. 개미가 ㅠㅠ 이슈가 있었지만 빠르게 처리해주셨고 저희도 조심하니 그다음부터는 괜찮았어요.. 세탁기랑 건조기가 있어서 좋았고..조리도구가 잘되어있어서 한번씩 아이들 식사도 집에서 차려줄수있었어요~ 샤워후 배수가 살짝 아쉬운거 빼곤 좋았구~ 일주일에 한번씩 청소와 시트교체가 있어서..굿! 아!!물도 청소때 마다 가져다 주셔서 잘이용했어요. 치앙마이 도착후 픽업서비스도 좋았습니다.. 한달동안 잘이용했어요~

This was a very nice accommodation, walkable with a tour place in the first floor. (Ask for Pat at the tour guide place he was amazing) very nice cafe in the lobby and a nail salon. The house itself was very cute. One thing I will mention is the bathroom had a mildew smell with some areas that definitely could be scrubbed to reduce the mildew smell. But other than that the space was amazing, ac , soft bed , cute kitchen , nice balcony. She also provided a guide book with a bunch of recommendations and taxi help if needed. I would definitely recommend this place as Natasa was an amazing host. I will definitely be back should I go back to chiang mai. It truly was a home away from home💜💜💜

I really enjoyed my stay at Natasa's place - I think my first impression was that it was much roomier and cleaner than I expected so I was quite pleased about that. There's a good amount of furniture, 2 AC units, washer and plenty of space to dry your clothes inside or out on the balcony. The fitness center was enough for me although it can be crowded at times and the pool was fine for lounging. She was also responsive and had easy check-in instructions. The only thing that surprised me about the place is that the lobby had many tourist-oriented services like tours and motorbike (helmet?) rentals despite it being an apartment. But overall, good place.
