Jason was as wonderful of a host as his home was for our group. Jason's communication style and responsiveness was so appreciated by all of the guests. The home itself is comfortable, spacious, stylish, and very clean. Check in and check out was as easy as it gets. Jason, thanks for being a wonderful host. I'd recommend this place to any one in town for a vacation or a work trip. Great spot!

Great place. The location was super clean, had all amenities, quiet, serine, secure, < 20 minutes to SFO, with wonderful ocean views and a nice hiking trail entrance close to the property. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac with few houses nearby. Our Pugs were happy with no neighborhood distractions. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great stay in a fantastic home. Stayed for a whole week over the holidays to visit friends and family in East Bay. Clarice's home is quite possibly in the perfect location in the Rockridge area of Oakland. Walking distance to BART and College street (with great shops, bar and restaurants), minutes from the freeway, yet very private, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Pet friendly for our dog who had the whole large backyard to himself. Clarice home is wonderful in all respects, but the highlight for us was the kitchen. It literally had everything we could image for cooking intensive meals for Xmas eve and Xmas day, plus so many nice finishing touches. My college age kids are not easily impressed, and they are just raving about our stay. Clarice was also a great host. Very proactive and responsive. I cannot recommend her home more highly.

Gina’s place is a sanctuary. The views are absolutely stunning and you feel transported, like you’ve gone to a tropical paradise. Everything was spotless and beautiful and at the same time cozy. I could not recommend this place enough.

We used the home for a commercial shoot and it was perfect, plus we had 1 crew member from out of town stay in the home too. We filmed for 3 days in the home. The host and his property manager we super responsive and very accommodating. I will say - if you have trouble with stairs, this may be a slightly tough one for you. The home is stocked with everything you need to host a large gathering. Lots of different types of coffee makers. Two different kitchens and bathrooms on each floor. There's even a Tesla charger which is a nice bonus. The outdoor "barn" was a great place for me to set up the caterer and have people relax off "set". You can fit multiple vehicles in the driveway and that's a huge plus considering street parking is a little harder to come by. The rooms were cozy - the home was clean and the neighborhood was very nice. Lighting was great everywhere - no weird dark holes. And the decor is modern. Great for hosting all kinds of events. What a great find!

Definitely five star quality of decor and architecture..Qian was super accommodating, absolutely amazing - so kind, and friendly. And the bed was super comfortable and atmosphere was very tranquil. We felt like we were in Tuscany. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Qian :)

This was the perfect place for us to visit with our three adult children, since there was plenty of space for everyone. It’s a fairly central location in Oakland with many walkable areas between 15 and 30 minutes away. Not really in any specific neighborhood but close to many. Large attractive, outdoor space and plenty of privacy. Alli was a great host and extremely responsive when an issue came up.

Very nice place to stay. It felt like a home away from home

Once you open the door, you are transplanted into a space where a breath is taken and a breath is held. If you are seeking a calmness, this home is the one. Pride of ownership is evident in the furnishings, personal touches and in the whole home itself. Didn’t want our stay to end.
