What an amazing stay we had at Beatriz and Victors Airbnb! This is a beautiful sub penthouse on the 21st floor with panoramic views of the San Juan coastline. Unit is a very large studio with an amazing layout, fully renovated top to bottom tulum style. Balcony is breathtaking with a hanging chair, kitchen is brand new with washer/dryer, beds and linens are cozy. Couldn’t recommend this place more, wish it wasn’t booked and we could stay a few more nights!

This is the second time my family and I stay and this place. It’s a great location with a few pools to choose from whenever you want to go for a swim. Specially if you have little ones, this is the ideal place. I would definitely stay again.

Staying at Adriana’s villa was an amazing experience and my friends and I are so happy we picked this location for our trip! We had a group of 7, so the villa was easily able to accommodate all of us and felt so homey and nice. The location was incredible and Adriana and Vivian were fantastic hosts as well. Always responsive and willing to offer help and suggestions

Super clean and comfortable Airbnb. Located right on the water with beautiful views. Felt very safe with the exterior gate and security features. Kind host.

We enjoyed the beautiful view, with the outside deck being where we spent almost all of our time. The place was spotless and well appointed. In addition to the amenities located right in front of the condo, we also enjoyed walking to dinner at the restaurants at the resort next door. It was so easy and perfect for our vacation. Geoff was super responsive with any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay Again! This was my third time staying at Carmen’s place, and it was just as wonderful as always! The home is clean, cozy, and perfectly located. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!

The parking and access was so close to her place.The pool was spectacular and perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!
