Fantastic location for all the things we were looking for in a holiday, the Beach is a Stones through away, Railway Station within walking distance. Would highly recommend this Gem of an Apartment as a base for discovery.

Era tanto che volevo vedere il Golfo dei poeti, e ho deciso di farlo fuori stagione. Elena è stata splendida, una delle Host migliori che abbia mai trovato. Mi ha fornito tantissime indicazioni, precisa, veloce nelle risposte e super cordiale. E poi che dire della sua casa, un gioiello vista mare, immerso nel verde delle colline sopra al magico Golfo, in un simpaticissimo paesino di nome Solaro, servito da un bus navetta che fa in continuazione il giro portandoti "giù al mare" e riportandi su al paesello. Una comodità unica. La casa, che ho trovato pulitissima, dispone di ogni cosa, frigo, lavatrice, macchina del caffè, biancheria, aria condizionata, tutto, meglio che a casa mia :-) . La casa ha un giardino bellissimo, con una griglia, lettini prendi sole. Dalla casa, a piedi si può raggiungere un alimentari/ristorante e un bar tabacchi. Veramente complimenti Elena per tutto! Posto super consigliato. Io tornerò senza altro questa estate, e mi fermerò di più. Grazie

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

Wir waren zu fünft (vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) zwei Wochen in Pietrasanta. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist schön und hat einen tollen Garten mit Terrasse. Es war sauber und es war alles da was man so braucht. Lediglich der Weg zum Strand und in die Stadt war etwas länger als wir gedacht haben. Mit den Fahrrädern war es aber trotzdem gut machbar. Frederico ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem hatten wir hier eine tolle Zeit und können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank! 😊

Wir wurden gleich zu Beginn sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit empfangen. Mario und seine Frau sind sehr gastfreundlich und wir haben uns sehr über die regionalen Leckereien die wir zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch vorhanden gefreut. Das Häuschen ist klein aber fein, sehr schön und mit italienischen Charme eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Aussicht von der Terasse war herrlich. Das Einzige was schwierig war dass wir uns die Wohnung anhand der Fotos größer vorgestellt hatten. Das Wohnzimmer war durch die ausgezogene Couch, welche wir als Bett benötigten komplett ausgefüllt und konnte nicht als Wohnzimmer dienen. Wir nahmen an, dass die große Terasse als Wohnfläche miteingerechnet wurde und so alles etwas kleiner als in unserer Vorstellung ausgefallen ist. Das Häuschen ist ideal für eine vierköpfige Familie aber für Einzelpersonen oder zwei Pärchen nicht so geeignet. Auch weil der untere Schrank nicht als Kleiderschrank benutzt werden kann.

Ottima posizione per visitare la Liguria, cordialità, pulizia ed ambienti spaziosi e ben divisi nell'appartamento.

Alice was a great host who was always available to address our needs and requests. The house is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the basic necessities. Although the location is a bit out of the city, it is beautiful, and you can catch great sunsets and sunrises there. We had a wonderful stay at Alice’s Airbnb.
