Vacation rentals with a home theater in Brooklyn

Very nice studio apartment. Nice sitting area next to the canal. The neighborhood is very nice as well. Safe, clean and friendly area. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance called Smuggler Jacks, that has very good seafood. The Clam bar is another must if you’re staying here, it’s a short drive and well worth it. Overall just a great place to stay and a nice area to visit.

We had a good time staying at this place. House is clean and roomy as pictures. Host is very responsive and helpful. Parking is quite a challenge in this neighborhood. However, you can park on Ave E and walk back to the house at night. You MUST check out Bayonne Street Sweeping Schedule or you will get a ticket.

I stayed with my family including (3 kids) and the place was spacious and comfortable for us, the house was very clean and well-organized, which my family and I truly appreciated, it was their first time in this country for my cousins and they had a great time they visited the park, the mall and surrounding areas that are relatively close to the area where the Airbnb is located and very walkable. My family and I ....which included 2 toddlers (4&5) stayed here for a few days around the Easter holiday for a mini staycation. We had a phenomenal time. The Frozen themed room....well my girls wanted to pack it up and take it with them. Miss Margaret was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious and had all the list of amenities and if you needed something Margaret was on top of it she is very responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here and my family and I will surely be back if she'll have us 🙂

ELEANOR WAS THE BEST HOST EVER!!The house was very clean,easy to find very safe neighborhood.She helped me a lot when it came to asking numerous questions I had about travel and how to get around.she also made sure I had some snacks for when I arrived.Very thoughtful of her. My only complaint was the neighbors above us. They were super loud all through the night (almost thought they were tap dancers) because they were so loud. I honestly don’t think they sleep at all! It was very loud through out the day and night.. if you don’t mind the loudness then you will be okay! But other than that it was a terrific stay..and Eleanor was absolutely wonderful 🩷

An amazing host, extremely communicative and responsive, and the place is great!

I had a fantastic stay with Brynda. I felt very welcome. Brynda is a very warm, open, communicative and positive person, we had great conversations on the balcony in the evening during the sunset. This is really one of the highlights of the apartment, you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and end the day in the evening and watch the sunset. In the vicinity there are countless shopping opportunities for daily needs, there are many train stops within walking distance so that you are super connected. If you plan to go to New York, I think you should definitely take the chance to stay with Brynda, she really sweetened my stay and she was a great hostess. I will definitely come back!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this charming cottage in Ardsley, NY, for our family reunion over Christmas. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. Nestled in a peaceful suburban setting, the two-story private property offered both tranquility and convenience, making it ideal for our gathering. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays, complete with a fresh Christmas tree and festive touches that truly brought the holiday spirit alive. Our host went above and beyond, welcoming us with a thoughtful bottle of wine and delicious chocolates that added an extra touch of warmth to our stay. The kitchen is fabulous, the amenities top-notch, and the spacious driveway easily accommodated our vehicles. The home’s layout was perfect for our family, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. This property was everything we hoped for and more—a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. We wholeheartedly recommend it

My eight year old daughter and I stayed here for five nights. This place has value written all over it! The breakfast across the street is good. The pizza place within a five minutes walk at night is quality. It’s worth every penny! It’s a shared space, so you have to be flexible. Eric was very responsive, and at every turn, willing to make accommodations. You don’t get to go to New York and stay five days for less than this. Yeah, you can stay in New Jersey for about the same price, but tolls in and of the city will add up to more than a nights stay here. Also, from NJ, it’ll take you an hour if not more to get into the city!… and then you have to park! No tolls to the city once you’ve arrived at Eric’s place. Located in an up and coming neighborhood, places of this value won’t be around long. Highly recommended while the opportunity is here!

What an amazing home! The space was not only spotless and beautifully maintained, but it also had so much character. The theatre room was the standout feature, super cozy with oversized beanbags and the perfect setup for movie nights. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was great, and the overall vibe of the place made it feel like a fun getaway while still being relaxing and comfortable. The host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Highly recommend this one of a kind stay, we’ll definitely be back!

This was a beautiful home, newly furnished and gorgeous! Amah has great taste with his home design. The host was great at responding to our needs. We got locked out the home one night and the host communicated effectively even whereby he came to the home to help us unlock the door late at night. We really appreciated him for doing that. Otherwise this was a great place to stay.

We liked staying there whenever we needed something, the person in charge was always on the lookout, I highly recommend them when they go to stay in that place. The cleanliness, courtesy, the space inside the house is super spacious. I really loved the house a lot, the bedrooms are very large, a nice kitchen and a huge yard for any event we have when we are staying in those places. I highly recommend

The place was peaceful and quiet. The layout of the house was great. Plenty of space for kids to play. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would certainly recommend the place. It’s is 10 mins drive away from American Dream water park.

Walking distance to lirr and buses .. safe neighborhood .. property access through combo locks .. shampoo soap blow dryer clean kitchen .. just the best !!!!

Nanonte was a gracious and friendly host. The house was spotless and so entertaining. The bedroom was warm and cozy, just like she promised and her dog Parker was the best. The subway stop is right at the corner. We would definitely stay there again.

Un séjour parfait, je recommande les yeux fermés ! J’ai passé un excellent moment dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à la description. L’appartement était d’une propreté impeccable, très bien équipé, et décoré avec goût. Le lit était confortable, la literie de qualité. L’emplacement est idéal : calme mais proche de tout, avec commerces et transports à proximité. Et surtout, l’hôte a été d’une grande gentillesse, très réactive et attentionnée tout au long du séjour. Tout est très bien indiqué pour rejoindre New York en très peu de temps. C’est avec plaisir que je reviendrai si l’occasion se présente. Merci encore pour cette belle parenthèse !

Ich hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Tako. Sie empfängt mit offenen Armen, wenn man das möchte und ist immer hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Katzen machen es perfekt. Ich möchte bald wiederkommen.

Firstly, the place is reasonably close to the PATH station by walking (~10mins), which then will get you to NYC in less than 15mins by PATH. The surrounding area is very lively even until night. Not loud, but alive in a good way. Not dodgy and all. Restaurants and CVS are just right around the corner. The house and amenities are clean, very well maintained. The room is as pictured. Not too big, but i would say it’s enough. Bathroom is exceptionally clean. Pranay is super nice and very responsive. He’s very reasonable and a great host. Lastly, i feel that we get what we paid for. It’s very reasonable, not overpriced. Very simple and straightforward. So yeah, we’re satisfied with everything. Thanks for hosting us.
