Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bois d'Arcy

We had a great time At Arnaud’s place. He was very helpful from the first moment, very flexible in letting us arrive to leave our luggage earlier in the day. Apartment was luminous, quiet, comfortable. Lovely kitchen with good utensils and some lovely cookbooks. Very well located near lots of good restaurants, right next to the Bastille market, near Le Marais, and many metro lines that made it easy to get everywhere. It is a fifth floor walk up but we did not find this problematic. We had a lovely time discovering this part of Paris we hadn’t been to before. It was Easter, and Arnaud kindly stopped by and left us a chocolate bunny we much enjoyed. Thanks Arnaud!

This place was perfect for our Paris trip, location is everything and this place has it! Close to a metro, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Everything me, my partner and sister needed for our stay. The host is very responsive and clearly has done this many times, check in was super easy as was checkout. Would 100% recommend

This is hands down the best Airbnb I've ever been to! The location couldn't be better: with a 10 minute walk you get to the Eiffel Tower! The apartment is wonderful, it is VERY cozy and clean. Alexandra is an amazing host and helped us the very few times we needed something. It was worth every cent! I hope to be back there as soon as I can!

We stayed at Charles’ place for the Olympics and was a great decision! The apartment is close to all attractions and venues in Paris and is only 5 minutes away from a train station that gets you right into central Paris!! The apartment had all amenities for our stay and felt right at home. The local area also has nice restaurants and pubs. Charles was always very responsive and he also arranged for me a flexible checkout time!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a cosy place in Paris!!!!

I literally adored Rachel place. Having the lift to the 5th floor was a big plus compared to to all the other places I stayed in Paris. The flat is large, clean, has lots of of storage and mirrors, lots of light and fresh air. The kitchen and bathroom are big and have everything. There was no clutter around the so I could make it my own space for 10 days. Rachel arranged to accommodate a friend of mine who stayed 3 nights. I highly recommend it. Rachel is vert responsive and I would not recommend her and her flat more to other guests.

Wir durften in den Osterferien (NRW) 4 Nächte in dieser tollen Wohnung übernachten. Sie liegt mitten in Marais, in einem dritten Stock in einem sehr ruhigen Haus. Das Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten zu einem kleinen,geschlossenen Hinterhof und ist dadurch sehr leise. Unsere Kinder, 10 und 12, haben auf dem Ausklappsofa im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Während das Schlafzimmer Verdunklungsvorhänge hat, kann man im Wohnzimmer nur die abgebildeten, durchscheinbaren Vorhänge zu ziehen. Trotz der zentrale Lage war es abends/in der Nacht relativ ruhig im Wohnzimmer (in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft sind eher Geschäfte). Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und voll ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit Victoire war sehr freundlich und bei Problemen war sie schnell erreichbar u. konnte uns weiterhelfen. Die Wohnung lag für uns optimal, um Paris zu Fuß und mit der Metro zu erkunden. Unser Auto parkten wir unter dem Hotel de Ville ( Parkhaus), da keine Parkmöglichkeit.

Super séjour en famille avec 2 enfants et 1 bébé. Émilie est une hôte accueillante qui a le soucis du détail.Maison hyper fonctionnelle et très bien équipé. Le parking intérieur est un super avantage.Quartier calme avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Un"havre de paix" que nous recommandons fortement!!

The house is absolutely amazing. The location is very nice, close to the transportation, to the grocery stores and to the park. Kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of stuff, so we felt us very comfortable with the babies. There are plenty of games and toys for the kids. The beds were also very comfortable, so we had a great night rest after the long walks in Paris. I liked very charming backyard and quietness of the house. I am very grateful to Taous as he helped us a lot with our luggage on the last day. It was a great pleasure to communicate with him. I highly recommend his house!

¡Nuestra estancia en esta encantadora casa en París fue muy agradable! Ubicada en una zona estratégica, la casa tiene acceso inmediato a los servicios de Châtillon, donde encontramos todo lo necesario: desde supermercados y panaderías artesanales hasta cafeterías con ese toque parisino que enamora. La proximidad a estaciones de metro y paradas de autobús hizo que movernos por la ciudad fuera un juego de niños; en pocos minutos estábamos en el corazón de París, explorando sus icónicos monumentos. La casa en sí es un sueño: cómoda, elegantemente decorada y con una atmósfera que combina el encanto clásico parisino con comodidades modernas. Cada rincón está cuidado con detalle, desde los muebles acogedores hasta la luz natural que inunda el espacio, haciéndolo aún más bello. Un punto destacado, especialmente para quienes viajamos por Europa, fue la lavadora en la casa. ¡Qué ventaja poder lavar nuestra ropa durante el viaje!

Lieux proche des transports , accessibles facilement. L’endroit est calme , l’accueil est super, cela donne envie de revenir ! Maison entièrement propre avec a disposition tout ce qu’il faut!

Had a great stay in Paris, this small cottage was very cozy and great to share on a friends trip to paris, would work great for a family as well! the area was really safe and walking distance from all touristic places! Would definitely stay there again :)) keep in mind that the restroom does not fully close which was the only downside when it’s a bigger group.

Arnaud is great host, responsive, and looking to give you more than he promised. Apartment is in fantastic location, full of light and with all amenities you can imagine. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect for those who enjoy walking—everything was within easy reach. The amenities were well-stocked, and the decor was simply breathtaking, making the space feel warm and inviting. The host was responsive (although with a slight delay), but their helpfulness and clear instructions made everything seamless. A standout feature was the option to store luggage before check-in and after checkout, which added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying here, but future guests might want to bring extra towels and slippers for added comfort. Thank you for a wonderful experience I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place that was very well centralized. The host was fantastic. He gave us incredibly clear instructions and was readily available. The apartment itself gave very cute Amelie vibes. I would just caution anyone with a physical disability in that the apartment is on the third floor with these narrow stairs that is easy to navigate if you are able-bodied. Additionally to get into the tub you need to climb in and out, which may be tricky for someone with a disability. That being said my 85-year-old mother did not have any issues. The apartment was wonderful.

Appartement très bien situé, 10mn à pied de la gare RER, 10mn en voiture du centre de formation FMSD, commerces à proximité, parking privé et fermé, l’appartement est conforme aux photos, bien équipé, juste quelques éléments qui ont du vécu… les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs.

Great stay in Roussy. Was great to have an extra washroom and the sofa bed was the most comfortable of all 5 places we stayed in Europe. Also appreciated the bottled water and treats upon arrival. Was so welcome after a long day travelling. Nice little village with lots of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent space, excellent host! This place was as advertised. Beautiful space with great directions and assistance before and during our stay. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely look to stay here again!
