A very quiet house with beautiful backyard! Highly recommend if travel to Dusseldorf

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement était vraiment très propre, les lits etaient très confortables, les draps et les serviettes de douche sentaient bons et le cadre est vraiment super ! Il ne manquait rien... c'était vraiment top ! Daniel est très gentil et discret. Le logement est très proche du parc Phantasialand, ce qui est un plus. Nous recommandons à 200% et si nous devions revenir dans les environs, nous savons où aller... 😁

Die Wohnung war tiptop sauber, sehr ordentlich, liebevoll gestaltet und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Es gibt 3 separate Zimmer + Wohnküche, so dass man dort gut mit vier Personen unterkommen kann. Der Kontakt mit Ellen war zuverlässig, freundlich und unkompliziert.

Eine schmale steile Treppe führt in die Unterkunft im Dachgeschoss. Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem einzigen Raum + Bad. Beides war mir beim Lesen des Inserates so nicht klar, vielleicht habe ich es auch übersehen. Möbel + Bad teilweise schon älter, find ich aber nicht so schlimm. Ansonsten sehr gut, besonders für den Preis!

Quiet, private place on the lake. The weather did not allow for a swimming pool. Spacious loft for 8 people. But without a car, logistics will be difficult. The owner and staff are very friendly, and quickly solve emerging needs while staying.

Ein Airbnb Haus! Auf der Fassade steht zu lesen: Stadthaus statt Hotel. Das trifft es gut. Zentrale Lage, 15’ zum Dom und BHF, viele Lokale in der Nähe, Gasse selbst ganz ruhig mit Blick auf einen kleinen Park. kamen zu dritt übers Wochenende und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Gute Adresse in Köln und wohnlicher als im Hotel!

We had such a pleasant stay her at Overath, the property looked exactly like it did on the pictures, it was lovely and clean and nice and quite, Robby was very helpful with the directions on how to get in and access the property, love there was a space for my car away from the road and where I see it. Overall was a very lovely place and would definitely stay here again.

Das Apartment war wunderschön und super sauber – ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt! 🧼✨ Die Ausstattung war top und alles sehr gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den netten Kontakt mit Regina – sie war super herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Ich komme gerne wieder! 😊

Aggi & Lars waren sehr freundliche und sympathische Gastgebende, die Wohnung wirklich schön und sauber und die Lage ein Traum. Wir haben uns mit Hund und zwei Kleinkindern sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns, wenn wir noch mal die Gelegenheit haben, dort unseren Familienurlaub zu verbringen.
