Georgiana is a great host, super attentive and striving to provide the best stay possible. The building in which the Georgiana space is located is excellent, a foot in the sand and with a great infrastructure for leisure and services.

Wonderful stay!! We had a wonderful end of the year. Mr. João was very polite and requested, removed all our doubts and provided important tips. The apartment is impeccable, spacious and well located. The condominium also without words, all equipped, with huge and well-kept pools, as well as several other leisure options. It was a great stay, the house is very good and large, the leisure areas are very well distributed, furniture with quality and everything working perfectly well. Super i recommend it.

The Estadia was very good, André always very quick to answer the questions and organized, all the equipment of the house working, exactly location of the ad, quiet householders, pool all right, a little high grass but not that it bothered, kayaks only 1 was available the other was sinking, the access to Rio the steps could have a rubber because the stone of the stairs is very sharp and cut some people. Isabela homemade always available, location many good. beds, air-conditioning and showers all right, we still had the presence of the house mascot a jabuti kkkk, in the most the house with great cost-benefit worth the maintenance in some bedrooms and bathrooms for a better stay, I recommend it to everyone.

Our stay was excellent! The house is wonderful very well-equipped, it has everything you need with a great leisure area. The river bath that has access through the property is delicious! The house is very large and comfortable. The tv is new and good, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bedding and the towels are great. All very well looked after and well thought out. You have plenty of room for parking. Paulo was very helpful and made it much easier to check in. We like it very much, we intend to go back.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, especially the balcony that we always use. A separate chapter is the spider gas oven to cook by the sword, in an hour you had cooked what you wanted. Having one bathroom per bedroom gives you a lot of privacy. All the facilities of the Golf Club were working and available, we play Tennis, basketball ball, we use the bikes, and not to mention the pools of the club house and the beach club. Definitely a place to rest again. Rafael was always attentive to our little needs. We will come back and recommend.

The apartment met our expectations. Good beds and spacious rooms. It has everything you need in the kitchen and a supermarket very close by. Samia was kind and whenever necessary answered my questions.

Excellent apartment with full structure of kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms, all brand new, very clean, great location (next to Beach Park practically), condominium with great leisure structure and access to the beach (foot in the sand), building with elevator. Very good for family with children. Great support and tips from Paulo being very attentive all the time. We were very satisfied with the 4 day period we stayed there . Super recommend.

My experience with the apartment and condominium was great, all organized, clean, with everything you may need to cook, including the hostess left water for us as a courtesy. I loved!! About the leisure spaces are quite complete, wonderful swimming pool, and the good that can stay the night with friends on the pool deck. If you're going with family, it's the perfect option. About the host, Selmar is a great person. Super attentive. The only negative point for me, it was the location, I went to a group of four friends, and was far from everything. If you have your own car is quiet, now we who depended on app car, sometimes a little bit of fear. But overall, I highly recommend! for couples, family.

The space is extremely pleasant, a well-equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances either we could come to want to use and/or need. Seu João and Dona Luzia were very helpful and pleasant, assisting us with information and kindness. The gourmet balcony is a show! We felt at home... sorry that what is good lasts little!

Great place, I've been there a few times and I'll be back. Beach Living has a leisure area near the beach which is a true paradise. Hillton very attentive and quick in communication.
