Nice, chill environment. How can beer brewed by monks be anything but blessed?! Adjacent restaurant (Maya) has great tacos and serves the brewery patrons!

Excellent beers brewed by New Mexican Benedictine monks. Also has a nice New Mexican restaurant next door.
