Cottage in Rio Arriba County
4.94 out of 5 average rating, 97 reviewsA Perfect Serene Cottage near Georgia O'Keefe home
My husband and I enjoyed our four day stay at Casa Escuela for a family wedding at Ghost Ranch. We loved the house and it's family history to Monica and the peaceful and scenic area. Monica is very responsive with all questions we had. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

5 out of 5 average rating, 17 reviewsRiver Retreat with a Hot Tub!
Timmi’s place is a rare gem that’s nearly impossible to find on Airbnb these days: a real house that’s cared for by someone who really loves it. This house has everything - gorgeous river, forest, and mountain views, hot tub, huge deck, hammocks, fruit trees, games, fire place, giant indoor and outdoor kitchen. You can tell by the interior that people (with excellent taste!) have actually lived in this place and loved it - unlike most of the soulless corporate offerings on Airbnb these days. This house has literally anything you could want on vacation, and Timmi was so sweet about us having additional family over for dinner. I’m looking for any excuse to book Timmi’s place again!

Ranch in Medanales
4.91 out of 5 average rating, 86 reviewsRancho Verde Bunk House on working ranch
We were so at home in Star’s quirky, comfy Bunk house at Rancho Verde. The spacious kitchen made meal prep a breeze, the bathroom was airy and complete, with thoughtful touches, and the bed was very comfortable. She had a lot of reading material related to horse nature, and we enjoyed the artwork. After long days of hiking and driving in the landscape, it was nice to sit under the shady outdoor veranda with a glass of wine and reflect on the beauty of the area. The walk to their treehouse to see a stunning sunset was the loveliest ending to our stay.

This is a charming, unique property. The rock bathroom downstairs takes the cake for the most unique we’ve ever used. The upstairs powder room near the bedroom was great because negotiating the stairs at night would have been problematic for us middle agers! The stair treads are quite shallow but there are handrails on both sides. We don’t recommend lugging a big suitcase up there! The location is great, very close to everything in Abiquiú but also very private. We are thankful we chose this one-of-a-kind property and would love to return.
Vacation home in Youngsville
4.88 out of 5 average rating, 26 reviewsFamily Friendly Retreat on Abiquiu Lake
My group really enjoyed our time in this peaceful location. The architectural style inside and out is grand and unique. The view from the home is amazing and we enjoyed waking up to spectacular sunrises every morning. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and everything we needed to prepare every meal was there. It is a quiet place to relax in a beautiful environment. There are very few other homes anywhere in the vicinity and we never saw another vehicle or another person around the home during our entire stay. Our host was very communicative and provided lots of helpful, detailed information to make our stay a pleasant one.

We enjoyed our stay at 250 Closson. The space was thoughtfully designed for efficiency and comfort and we appreciated the many artistic touches. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the tile shower. Most of all, we appreciated the convenient location--it was an easy walk to the Plaza, restaurants and the Farmer's Market--a highlight! We hope to return again!

We loved our stay in Santa Fe at Jennifer's! The location cannot be beat, we hardly had to use the car to go to dinner, explore the downtown and walk to an amazing coffee shop we visited twice :) The inside of Jennifer's is so adorable, great decor and a fun retro vibe in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we had enough space to get really settled in. We thought this was a really great value to see and experience Santa Fe like a local!

We stayed at Kevin and Linda’s place for six nights and immediately felt at home, thanks to the beautiful Southwestern “feel” of the casita, both inside and outside. The convenient location meant that we could walk to the plaza and Canyon Road, as well as get to the highway quickly for trips outside the immediate area. We appreciated having all the kitchen/bathroom basics (and then some!) for the week, as well as the many suggestions for restaurants and excursions, several of which we visited. We would love to stay here again sometime and would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Fe.

There are not enough superlatives to describe Katrina or her casita in Corrales. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. It was clean, comfortable and stylish, and felt like home as soon as we walked in. Katrina was amazing; thoughtful, kind, friendly and responsive. She was happy to provide advice and recommendations and there is no other place we would choose to stay in and around ABQ. We were surprised and delighted at every turn and I would give seven stars (out of five) if I could. Thank you Katrina for making our stay absolutely perfect!

This lovely home was located in a quiet neighborhood just 3 miles from the Plaza. It was both cozy and comfortable. It had a collection of treasures and photos from all over the world that Kim must have collected during her travels. There is a magical garden in the back with many native plants, cacti, and flowers that attract various birds. We slept with the windows opened and enjoyed hearing them first thing in the morning. I also enjoyed drinking my coffee or wine in the garden or the quaint courtyard in the front. Kim was very hospitable and helpful when we had any questions about the house or local food. One thing to mention is that there is no coffee maker, but a French press instead. I love coffee from a French press, but was a little rusty on how to use it. Kim sent me instructions and it’s quite simple to use and the coffee is absolutely delicious! I was able to get 3 servings at a time from it. Just a heads up for us coffee addicts! It was a wonderful experience!

Cottage in Los Cerrillos

Liz and her husband are amazing hosts whose property and hospitality went above and beyond expectations which were already set high before arriving (I manage a B&B so I have pretty high standards)! I booked the cottage for 3 nights for my son (2yo), my mom, and myself and we had the best time! Some things we loved doing was long walks on/around the property, star gazing at the back of the cottage, and talking to/seeing the cute equines (one of which my son insisted was a cow due to its coloring) that the gracious hosts let guests interact with. I’m local to NM, so didn’t need recommendations but they provided reading material/guides in the cottage and a personally typed guide binder with lots of info on the area and recommendations on things to do! We also appreciated their being environmentally conscious and offered recycling. Plus, Liz brings fresh baked muffins to the cottage door every morning which were delicious and any left over made great snacks to take with us during the day!

Angel was an amazing host! Very responsive and helpful. We actually got in very late at almost midnight and it was not an issue. She always responded very quickly to messages. If we are ever in the area again, we will try and stay here. You will not be disappointed in this airbnb! The last morning here we had deer right outside the bedroom window, it was so surreal and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay as well as the close proximity to Old Town. We were in town for the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta and being able to walk to Old Town really helped with all the fiesta congestion. The airbnb was also quite hidden from the street and extremely peaceful. Fantastic stay!

I can’t say enough good things about Studio Cielito. It was peaceful, quiet, beautiful… The tub was amazing. I saw the stars at night and the moon in the morning. Beautiful! Not to mention the bath salts and high end soaps and shampoo. It was close to Santa Fe with lots of restaurants, shops and sightseeing. My only caution is the path to the cottage, it is rocky and long for a person of age with a heavy suitcase. But it’s not enough to stop me from booking with La Dea again I’m looking forward to another relaxing stay in the near future! Thank you so much for the privilege of staying in your Studio Cielito.

We enjoyed our stay at Patricia’s place. It was a very clean stay and had all the amenities we needed for our family. Especially because we utilized the kitchen several times for breakfast and dinner. It had all the necessary utilizes needed and was equipped with everything for general clean up. It was a nice surprise to see a gift basket with goodies for us as we walk in and found fresh farm eggs stocked in the fridge for our use from their chicken coop on the tree farm. Morning and evening were great because the stay was elevated and you could have a clear view of a nice sunset and sundown. The place was priced right and we only had two people knock on the door thinking it was the front office door but it didn’t really bother us. Just letting people who plan to book to be aware that it may happen. Overall, we had a comfortable and peaceful stay.
