Vacation rentals in Cancún

This was such a beautiful airbnb and Mami was so responsive to all of our questions. All of the property employees and security were so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking to visit Cancun and just be close to the hotel zone and clubs...this is it! We went for a girls trip and it was small and not super luxurious, but we loved the proximity of everything! The beach is right behind it and it is BEAUTIFUL! We were hardly there as we were out doing adventures...its definitely not resort style, but it was super good price for location and beach and how responsive and helpful the host was. The condos have a pool area that is nice! If you don't mind a small space, this is a good spot! I personally would stay here again!

This place was fantastic. My friends and I had an amazing time. Daniel is super responsive and provides easy instructions to navigate the house and the surrounding area.

The host met us upon arrival with the keys and gave us a quick yet thorough tour. The unit looks exactly like the pictures. Both the unit and the outside/ pool area was very clean. The location is safe and quiet. Had to extend our stay and it was no problem to do that. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend Maximiliano's place!!!

Paulina was so accommodating and friendly! Someone was there to meet us when we arrived. The place was very secure. Friendly staff at the pool, beach and front gate. Bed was comfortable. We would stay again!

Perfect start to our Cancún stay. Walk to a ferry was ideal…quiet location perfect beach and restaurant and pool felt private.

We had a great time at the apartment. Location is nice with busstop close by and supermarket in the same building. Rooftop pool was especially nice.

This place was absolutely perfect. I wish we stayed longer just to enjoy the place itself. Gorgeous and looks just like the pics. Julius was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back

We super mega enchanted we were mega mega happy we would have liked to stay longer but what we were was was more than perfect we felt at home 🏡 Luia and Wendy are excellent people I would stay there again ♥️

An exceptional place. Nice, clean, fresh, as in the pictures of the publication. The pool is super well, the rooms, air conditioning, all very spacious and well laid out. Excellent welcome and welcome details, kindness, always attentive to our doubts, giving recommendations; it is certainly a place that I would highly recommend and will love to return. Thank you so much for all your attention, it's one of the airbnb we've enjoyed the most.

Beautiful home, right on the beach! The space is gorgeous and well maintained. The AC worked very well. The customer service is what really stood out, though. The concierge was truly unparalleled. I’ve never experienced an Airbnb with a host and staff like this. Anything we needed, they arranged! Taxis? Booked. Reservations? Made. Want to charter a boat? Done. Want a private chef to come cook dinner? He’ll be there at 7pm. It was phenomenal.

This was more than we expected! His home was fabulous, communication was immediate, restaurants and entertainment were either walkable or easily accessible. The pictures did not show how fabulous the place actually was. Problems/ questions were easily and quickly fixed or explained how to access. Would recommend or come back again ♥️

I can’t say enough about this place! From a flexible check-in time, to a VERY comfy bed, being in the middle of the action but also secluded and private. Such a wonderful experience! Perfect for 1-2 people. It’s 1/2 block to the grocery store. The interior is immaculately decorated. It’s like a trendy tropical igloo… SO cool. Thanks Tracy!

Loved it here. Your bed faces the ocean. The house is walking distance to the ferry. The AC is cold. There are plenty of towels. The only minor complaint is that only the sink water in the bathroom gets hot, not the shower, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

Eduardo has a beautiful home he was very friendly and adaptable to our schedule our check in was super easy and Eduardo really kept in contact with us to make everything smooth. Eduardo home is very clean and feels like home. This location is pretty further away from hotel zone but a great deal if you're looking to be away from all the tourist. thank you Eduardo for having our family in your home.

Can't say enough good things about our stay at Mayakita! Everyone -- from Cecilia to Beth and Jimmy -- were so incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel very welcome and accommodating any request we threw their way. The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We loved using the pool, especially in the evenings after long days in the sun. The food at the restaurant is out of this world, and it was so convenient to walk over and grab a meal or coffee when we wanted it. We also loved the location, on the quieter side of the island. And you really cannot beat the absolutely stunning view of the beach from every vantage point in the villa. Book this place!

Beautiful view from the kitchen, dinning, living, and deck! The location is in the heart of the Hotel Zone but quiet. Beach access with beach chairs and umbrella provided. Highly recommend as Alejandra is very attentive and helpful host!

This place is better than 5 stars! We felt very very comfortable here. The bed is amazing, kitchen well stocked and Gabriel is the nicest host we’ve ever come across! He let us know how to get to the place the cheapest way possible via collectivo. Costs 10 pesos and stops a 5 min walk to the house. Gabriel is the nicest guy ever! It is quite far from the beach area, but apart from that it’s perfect.
