5BR3BR downtown phx w/ pool & games

This house was very a great option for myself and coworkers. We stayed here on a business trip. Ample space for 5 people so we each had our own rooms that helped with privacy. Kitchen was well stocked with everything that we could need and more. Beds were comfortable. While we didn’t get to take advantage of the backyard it was amazing and matched the description. One issue did come up. Every morning between 4:30 am and 5 am there was a strange noise that woke us up early. We reported this noise to Greg and Cathy and they were quick to response and offer to have someone come to the house and check it out. While we declined we appreciated the offer. We were able to record that noise and were able to send it Greg and Cathy. We hope they are able to figure it. Even with that one issue we all would rebook this house for another stay.

This was a beautiful house. It was not too far from everything we visited. It's about 10 minutes away from Talking Stick Amphitheater. William and his family were very helpful!

Casa de Palmetto AZ - Private Home with Pool

SusannaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Absolutely perfect stay here. Clean and beautiful home. Lovely pool with inviting backyard. Cute details like little welcome card and chocolates and water on night stands. I came to run Javelina Jundred in McDowell park and this location was close and easy to navigate to and from. I 100% recommend this home and I wouldn’t have changed a thing about our stay!

New Midtown Modern Home With Backyard (Unit A)

NancyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
The house was older, but remodeled beautifully. It was in an older neighborhood, some homes kept up nicely, others seemed a bit sketch, but it was a quiet street one block off of Thomas, a main thoroughfare. Confortable, open floor plan with plenty of seating, and the beds were very cozy. The individual a/c units in each room were awesome, as each room could be set differently.

Rachelle and Bryan opened their beautiful comfortable home to myself and my group last minute. Our original booking at another location was a nightmare. I was literally in tears when booking this reservation as a first time Airbnb customer I had no idea what to expect. Rachelle and Bryan from the moment I booked were prompt and very professional. Their home is beautiful. very comfortable. It's definitely your home away from home. They completely turned my experience with Airbnb around. Thank you for accommodating our late checkout due to our late flights. I can't say thank you enough.

Joel was a great host. The condo was awesome, it was about a 10-20 minute ride away from things which was awesome. It was very peaceful with no disruptions. Inside was awesome, the couch was very comfy, the pillows on the bed weren't awesome but everything else was above par. Would definitely stay here again in a heart beat!

Stephanie's place was in a great location and close to the Mesa airport, which is what we were looking for. Her home was well stocked, both in the kitchen and also in the bathrooms, pool area with toys and floaties, patio furniture, etc. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with many amenities close by—restaurants, parks, farmers market, grocery stores, etc. Stephanie was also very responsive to any questions I had and proactive in asking how our stay was going and if there was anything she could help with. I would stay here again and would recommend to my friends and family as well.
