I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The place was bright, open, and clean. The outdoor area and pool were the highlight for us. My family and I were already discussing our return to Janet’s home before our last day. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend this AirBnB enough! It was incredible!! The location is great. Very close walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, including the mall Fashion Square. The interior of the house is spotless, well decorated, and everything is in great condition. The backyard pool and hot tub were fantastic! A great place to spend time in a private pool. Ample yard space for yard games. With the private pool and location - you can’t find a better spot!

BriannaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Beautiful home, nice location. It had everything we needed and everyone we ran into in the neighborhood was very friendly. The private swimming pool is a short walk from the airbnb, lots of sunlight and was not at all crowded. Overall had a great experience, it was hard to want to leave! We would definitely book Brandon's place again.

MatthewRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Spacious accommodation, very clean with beautiful stone staircase entry, tile floors throughout with very private bedrooms and to top it off incredible views of the city at night from the wrap around deck! Although it’s a guest house, I never felt uncomfortable as George gave us total privacy and the proximity was very private:)

*NEW* Open layout house with pool!

KateRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We had a fantastic stay at Michael’s house. The house had so many amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the home. It was such a treat to have some shelf stable items available in the kitchen so we were truly able to enjoy the space and cooking. 10ft deep pool was perfect in the summer heat. House stayed nice and cool with the AC. Michael was a fantastic host and communicator. Helpful before hand and quick to respond with recommendations mid-Saturday afternoon. We cannot say enough great things about Michael and his place. We’re already planning our next trip down to stay there.

I enjoyed Monze townhome. It does match the description & she was very responsive. Only thing is I wished the cameras around the property was mentioned in the description for those who don’t want to stay in Airbnb that has cameras. Overall it was good.

Absolutely perfect stay here. Clean and beautiful home. Lovely pool with inviting backyard. Cute details like little welcome card and chocolates and water on night stands. I came to run Javelina Jundred in McDowell park and this location was close and easy to navigate to and from. I 100% recommend this home and I wouldn’t have changed a thing about our stay!

We had a wonderful time at Kurt’s house. Two of us moms brought our four daughters for their spring break. The house was perfect for all of us. (Ages 9-39.) I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. It has so many perks to it! Location, pool, hot tub, Views, and even stocked well with household items. Kurt was very communicative and always made sure everything was working and how it should be. Thanks Kurt for such a great place to stay. Will definitely be back if we come to the area again!

Peaceful Condo in heart of Old Town Scottsdale

AlannaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Had a fabulous stay in Scottsdale! The unit is spacious, and the pool area is beautiful and peaceful! There are so many loungers and it was very quiet when we were there. At times we had it all to ourselves! There is covered outdoor parking and the location is fabulous to walk or take a golf cart taxi to Old Town. Check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

I fell upon this listing days before I booked. This was a great rental in a great location, central to a lot of the places we were trying to visit. Tiffany was a very friendly, responsive host & allowed us to check in an hour earlier. Very cute decor, anything & everything that we needed was on site. This is my 3rd time traveling to Scottsdale for a few days & the first time I stayed in a airbnb vs a hotel. Very glad I made this decision & hope to be back soon. THANK YOU TIFFANY!

Your guide to Scottsdale

All About Scottsdale

Desert living comes with an air of sophistication in Scottsdale, with more than 200 area golf courses and 50 luxury spas. Located in Arizona’s Sonoran Desert at the bottom of the McDowell Mountains, the city sits in the center of the area’s cultural hubs: a few miles south of Paradise Valley, six miles north of Tempe, about 13 miles northeast of Phoenix, 20 miles southwest of Fountain Hills, less than 20 miles southeast of Glendale, and 30 miles south of the Western town of Cave Creek. With upscale dining in North Scottsdale, shopping centers in Kierland Commons, vibrant nightlife in Old Town, and plenty of natural wonders to explore — whether it’s hiking Camelback Mountain or driving the Apache Trail — every Scottsdale experience comes with a distinctly Southwestern flavor.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Scottsdale

With 330 days of sun a year, it’s always the right time to pack light clothing for a Scottsdale visit. The sizzling desert heat reaches triple digits in the summer, with average highs above 100 degrees Fahrenheit and lows in the high 60s and 70s from June through September. Winter days remain warm with highs in the high 60s to low 70s, but lows can dip down into the high 30s and 40s, so always carry a jacket or extra layers. March, April, and November strike a balance, with highs in the 70s and lows in the 40s — the perfect months for outdoor adventures without the scorching heat or the chilly night air.

Top things to do in Scottsdale

Old Town Scottsdale

Downtown Scottsdale is better known as Old Town, but it's filled with contemporary Fifth Avenue shops, local coffee shops, and boutiques with a dose of Southwestern spirit. Turn back time in the Historic Old Town section around Scottsdale Road and East Main Street, where the buildings date to the turn of the 20th century. Stop by the Little Red School House, built in 1909, now home to Scottsdale Historical Museum.

McDowell Sonoran Preserve

With more than 225 miles of trails on its 30,550 acres, the preserve is a protected desert habitat filled with cacti forest, geological formations, and wildlife.

Taliesin West

Tours are available through the architect’s winter home, which is now a UNESCO World Heritage site and also a working architecture school.

McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park

The 30-acre park offers rides on the Paradise and Pacific Railroad, as well as the vintage carved Scottsdale Charros Carousel from the 1950s.
