We came to Richmond for our daughter’s freshman year at VCU family weekend. It was a perfect place and great neighborhood. Easy to walk to campus and lots to do and see everywhere close by. Home was clean, she was a great communicator - even checking in halfway to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay there again.

My family had a great stay at this beautiful home during my wedding weekend! The house is just as it looks in the listing photos, and the backyard is stunning/so peaceful. I live in Richmond, and this area is one of my favorites. It is quiet and family friendly, and in walking distance to so many good spots. This was the perfect spot for my family to relax and celebrate. The host was attentive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. We also rented out the basement below, which was perfect to hold more family members that have children and wanted a separate space as well. Highly recommend this home!

Chandra's place was amazing and just as advertised! Walking distance to the convention center where we were attending a 3 days conference so the location was very convinient for us. The house is on a quieter street but close enough to a lot of restaurants and bars. We LOVED how clean and soft the carpet was in the house! The patio with the table and chairs are a good addition to sit and relax. Will definitely be staying again!

Excellent stay at Shana’s place- beautiful, interesting historic property with art deco theming. Careful consideration for guests needs throughout the spacious apartment- fully equipped kitchen, large washer and dryer, extremely comfortable bed. Very very clean- we felt right at home. The neighborhood can have some noise, but we were warned of this. The suite is close to the city- easy access to everything we needed. When we had a few issues Shana was extremely responsive and helpful. Very professional. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Rental unit in Church Hill
4.82 out of 5 average rating, 125 reviewsPrivate Apt in Sugar Bottom, Church Hill- 1BR/1BA
This AirBnB was perfect for my short stay in Richmond. It was very walkable to local restaurants and in a cute neighborhood. As Brittany lists it is at the bottom of a very steep hill, which was fine for me but definitely keep that in mind. Check in and out were a breeze and Brittany provides tea and coffee for guests. The AirBnB is on the bottom floor of an apartment complex, and I could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around at times, but did not find that to be disruptive. I will stay here again if I am able next time I am in town!
Guest suite in Richmond
4.93 out of 5 average rating, 183 reviewsCozy Bright Suite w/Patio
The suite is a charming, well-laid out haven in the privacy of a small community. The bathroom was bright and spotless, the fixtures easy to operate and the linens fresh and clean. Great attention was paid to the need to charge electronics so a special outlet/USB wall plate was affixed next to the nightstand. it was a private location with easy access. The hosts communicated regularly, confirmed that everything was as I'd hoped and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. I had a lovely, relaxing respite here and believe you would too!
