Home in London
4.76 out of 5 average rating, 51 reviewsBethnal Green/Brick Lane/Shoreditch
The house was in a perfect location for Brick Lane and Shoreditch. We walked everywhere and also parked our car in the secure car park. Had no issue whatsoever. The host allowed us to check out late which was really helpful as it was too hot to take our dog out with us. We were able to leave him in the house while we went shopping! Thanks so much for the extra time. We had a wonderful time in London! ❤️

Home in Brent Cross
4.89 out of 5 average rating, 45 reviewsCosy & bright!
Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

Home in Islington
4.9 out of 5 average rating, 58 reviewsModern family house 3 br + private garden
The house is wonderful. Very well cared for, the rooms are cosy and comfortable, with good quality bedding and very clean. The kitchen is very well-equipped with cabinets and appliances. Malin left cleaning supplies and all the necessary supplies for the cleaning and maintenance of the house. Initially there was an issue with the bathroom shower, but before we checked in we were notified of the issue and several options were offered for the host's solution, and within two days it was resolved. We spend wonderful and welcoming days in the house, I highly recommend it, the host is very receptive and attentive. Very Grateful for Megan's hospitality.

Rental unit in Greater London
4.85 out of 5 average rating, 48 reviews1 Bedroom Flat near Excel, Canary Wharf - London
I was able to give 5 stars everywhere. Ideal for a stay in London! We only had to change trains to all the sights once. The train is right outside the door and the bus is only a few minutes away. So you can reach everything in London perfectly. A very well equipped shop with good prices is right next door. I had problems with Netflix and Viktor took very good care of it right away. The only drawback was the lower bed, as many put out the slats. That's why my son slept with the mattress on the floor. But that's not a problem The fast internet, Amazon Prime, Netflix, the dishwasher and the robot vacuum cleaner have perfected our stay. We did not use the coffee maker, washing machine, oils and spices. We would always come back and I would recommend this apartment to my friends.

This is a great apartment in a great location, perfect for exploring London. 15 minutes from the underground station and 10 minutes from the Uber boat pier as well as being straight on the Thames Path. Vas' place was perfect for our recent stay in London. It’s walking distance to many underground stations and bus stops and has so many options for food close by. Condo in Camden
4.86 out of 5 average rating, 192 reviewsSuperior one bedroom Flat, raised ground floor
Great location, though can be a bit of a walk with luggage depending on which tube station you start from. Quiet, clean and comfortable apartment. George and Paolo very responsive in the lead up and during our stay. Really appreciated the ability to leave luggage after check-out. Quirky washing machine which we needed help with every time. Note shower is slow to drain, but we managed to avoid flooding the bathroom.
Condo in Bayswater
4.89 out of 5 average rating, 224 reviewsCentral London Flat- £77 on 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 Nov
Pamela was the perfect host, she reacted very, very fast, even brought me cold medicine, when I got sick. Perfect basic flat in the middle of everything. Nice neighbourhood. Nice care package in the kitchen, and sweets in the livingroom. Enough toilet paper and soap (not in every Airbnb found, what is always hard to understand) Great towels, and really in abundance. As mentioned by others some black mould in the bathroom, but otherwise very clean. We would stay there again, if we were in London.

Your guide to London
All About London
One of the world’s most visited cities, London is a rich tapestry of history, culture, and innovation that come together seamlessly over 600 square miles on the River Thames. Even if you’ve never been to the English capital, chances are you’re familiar with its sights like Big Ben, London Bridge, and Buckingham Palace. You could spend months exploring its world-class museums, sprawling Victorian gardens, and A-list theaters and still not scratch the surface.
London’s creative drive extends beyond the exhibition halls and onto the plate. The city is an epicenter of gastronomy, boasting some of the most diverse cuisine in the world. Indian curry houses line Brick Lane, Jamaican jerk chicken shops populate New Cross, and the aroma of grilled Turkish kebabs welcomes you to Stoke Newington. In between meals, you’ll find high-fashion boutiques, niche markets, and some of the oldest bookstores in Europe. Just make sure you save time to spend a Sunday afternoon with a classic roast dinner and your beverage of choice at a corner pub — you’ll fall in love with London in an entirely different way.
The best time to stay in a vacation rental in London
London’s weather is fairly mild year-round, but that does not mean it is always warm and sunny. Rain is part of the charm in the capital, so it’s smart to pack an umbrella and a trench coat. Flowering trees and blooming gardens make spring a lovely time to visit, while a visit in December promises Christmas markets and holiday magic that emanates across the city. The weather is likely to be the best in summer, while chilly winter days make for a perfect excuse to park yourself in front of the fireplace and warm your stomach with some snacks at a pub. Regardless of when you go, keep in mind that there is no off-season in London and no shortage of apartments to rent.
Top things to do in London
Shopping in Shoreditch
Every Sunday, London’s trendiest neighborhood is home to Brick Lane market. Wander past buskers playing live music and striking street art, and you’ll find stalls selling vintage clothing, antiques, and wares by local designers. Duck into basement thrift shops and past warehouse doors that house artist ateliers, and follow your nose to Upmarket, a sprawling street food hall, for a smorgasbord of international snack options.
Barbican Centre
Amble past the Southbank booksellers and turn your eye to the Brutalist beauty that is the Barbican. Part apartment block, part multidisciplinary art complex, it’s a one-stop shop for revolving contemporary art exhibitions, to take in a London Symphony Orchestra concert, see the season’s top-billed independent theatre, or watch an arthouse film. And in December it hosts one of the city’s most charming outdoor Christmas markets.
The Shard
If you’re looking for views, you won’t get better ones than from the tip top of the Shard, a 72-story skyscraper that towers above London Bridge. It houses several restaurants and bars, each one serving up delectable views over the city skyline. Whether you’re after modern British fare, craft cocktails, or afternoon tea, you’ll feel on top of the world looking out the floor-to-ceiling glass windows with the whole city sprawled beneath. Naturally, the most impressive views are to be found at sunset and into the night.
