Nhung’s place was as exactly as described. Very easy to find from directions without any fuss. She would also check in if there was anything wrong and responds very promptly

Perfect location for 2 nights in Hanoi- right in the middle of old quarter. Tea was proactive offering very helpful advice about what to do in Hanoi and was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay here.

4.8 out of 5 average rating, 66 reviewsSummer House- Hanoi Old Quarter
I had a great stay at the Summer House! The apartment is located in the old French house, quiet and near the hundred-year-old old tree, with a green balcony overlooking the city. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk to the food street, the old town and famous tourist attractions. The room is spacious, the bed and bedding are extremely soft, bringing a very pleasant sleep. Relaxing balcony, fully equipped kitchen, strong wifi, Galaxy lights create a very perfect space. Host May is very thoughtful, friendly and always supports quickly. I will definitely be back!

with Phung's instructions, it was child play from the airport, taking the bus (which provides wifi), get down, find Olaf/Odin Cafe and the alley where the house is. only tired me couldn't find the safe box by the house door, but Phing came to my rescue even if it was very late. the little alley can get very lively in the early morning, so ensure to pack good earplugs. Still, a cute, safe interesting mix of old and modern little place right in the center of Hanoi, would go back there without hesitation. yes, the bathroom is not in the house, just 2 meters away, that reminded of my grandpa's house :)

Anna helped us to arrange airport transportation. During the stay , washing machine didn’t work. She provided the service of washing our clothes. The house was nice and clean. All three rooms were big. It also closed to the center. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love staying here because the neighborhood is quiet. There is no lift but going up the stairs is also quite comfortable

“I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, giving it a warm and cozy feel. The amenities were fantastic; the kitchen was fully equipped. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom was modern with a great shower. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful tips for local sights and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and I felt like they genuinely cared about our experience. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I hope to come back soon!”

Overall our team's experience was very satisfied: - Host: friendly, quick chat response, very helpful even if my team wants to check in a little early - The apartment: clean, spacious, more beautiful in the photos, nice furniture, reasonable layout, including some lovely little gifts from the host, the old dormitory in the super nice alley, many check in corners - Location: not too close to Sword Lake nor too far, I find it reasonable to go and drink and have fun and walk back for a little belly =))) - Downsides: + The apartment has no natural light, therefore suitable for short stay + Old dormitory area, so there is poor sound insulation, with living noise + The bathroom is super tiny, it's not suitable to shower while singing chill chill, just take a quick shower and come out =))) + Time: the house is closed at 23-24h, if you want to go out or come back late after that time, you have to call the security guard who is very difficult, my friends, can't scold foreigners, so you meet Vietnamese people as if you want to go out all your heart and give your eyes a bullet =)))
Serviced apartment in Ba Đình
4.96 out of 5 average rating, 48 reviewsRare Spacious Lakeview 1BR Serviced in city center
My partner and I loved this place. Spacious, beautiful views from the 9th floor onto the lake and surrounding area. The rooms were big, the cleaner came 6 days a week, the building staff were friendly and helpful and the gym was big and had lots of equipment and space. Also appreciated that there was lots of cupboard and drawer space. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Everything was perfect except that the bathroom was located in a slightly awkward place. Especially when I asked about a minor problem, they solved it like lightning. I recommend it.

The atmosphere was calm, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. Trang was also very supportive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Even when I arrived late at midnight, she were helping with everything I needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciated the host's kindness.

4.92 out of 5 average rating, 26 reviewsBig balcony/Lake view/Chill vibe Studio Apartment
The accommodation was amazing! There was everything we needed. The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished, the big advantage was the balcony with a beautiful view. Mike was kind and helpful and always wrote us back quickly if we needed anything. 😊😊 A minor drawback was the location of the apartment in a distance from the centre. It's really a short walk to the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum about 10 minutes away. However if you want to go to the old town on foot it will take you over 40 minutes. It is possible to take Grab but you can't always get it in the evening from the centre, the ride is often cancelled and then it is a hassle to get back to your accommodation. ☹️Overall though, our stay was excellent and we would definitely love to return again. Thank you!! 💗💗
