We stayed for three nights over fall break so my teenage son and husband could mountain bike. Great location, we walked and rode our bikes everywhere. The home was very comfortable and close to all major attractions. Would highly recommend for a visit.

Sparky's-Lakefront/Views-Nice Shoreline-Swim Pool

The place was perfect for our group, beautiful views, comfy beds and gracious hosts. Plenty of kitchen ware and clean linens. Has a homey feel, was very clean, which was comfortable for all! The best was having 2 distinct living areas for adults/kids to spread out.

Near Crystal Bridges, Walmart HQ, Gigabit Wi-fi

AmandaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Everything was as expected, or exceeded expectations. We specifically looked for a bike-friendly home and this one delivered. Location was decent if you use your bike for transportation (10-12 minute ride to downtown, 8 minutes to crystal bridges, less than 10 to handcut hollow, depending on TH). Bonus was the bike rack in the garage. If we're looking for a complaint, this neighborhood isn't immune from Bentonville's traffic woes. Trying to make a left turn out of the neighborhood was virtually impossible at peak times.

We loved our time at Carrie’s remodeled home and NWA. The place was beautiful and perfect for two families with kids to spend throughout the LPGA event. We are now considering making this an annual getaway.

We had a wonderful stay in the AirBnb. It was spacious, clean, and in a good location. It’s a short drive to the U of Arkansas campus and so many other things in the area. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We look forward to staying there again.

177 Tiny Home near MTB Trails Walmart HQ

NitinRating, 5 stars3 months ago
I recently had the pleasure of staying and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Host went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The home itself is stunning – beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the cozy living room provided a perfect space to relax after a tiring day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning!

Lakeside Getaway

AmyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My family frequently visits air bnbs and Adam’s lake house so far has been our favorite . The home is very inviting, comfortable beds and amazing views of the lake. Plenty of space for large or small groups. Lots to do inside when you are not down enjoying the lake. The walk down to the lake is very quick. You can take the stairs or a little paved hill path. The dock has a building that is a little kitchen that allows for staying down in lake all day. The dock has a high jump, rope swing and diving board into the water all were a lot of fun. We brought our paddle board and our kids used the kayaks and we had a great time exploring. The kids loved feeding the catfish under the dock. Adam was a great host and I would highly recommend his lake house. Our family would definitely book again in the future.

Hannah House

JoshuaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful stay. The property is amazing. We had a group of 10 and none of us wanted to leave. Google maps took us right to the ranch and the property is perfectly maintained and was easy to get around. The Hannah house is a very large house and with 10 people we never felt cramped at all. Would recommend this place to anyone. Well worth it.

Lake House Landing

MaggieRating, 5 stars6 days ago
This house is located in the most peaceful area. The view from the back deck is absolutely beautiful and very private. The house was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Sonja was easy to communicate with, resolving an issue we ran into quickly. I desperately needed a peaceful week in the woods. This is the perfect place to hide from the world for a little while.

Fall now booking! Guest fave sleeps 8Fresh remodel

ValerieRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We loved our stay! The unit was very easy to find and was easy to get in with the keypad. The unit was very cute, modern and clean. My kids enjoyed having the upper level all to themselves with plenty of beds, a loft space and a bathroom. We loved that it was walking distance to the marina and we enjoyed a great day on the lake. There was also a little swimming beach within walking distance. It was an easy 15 min drive to Eureka Springs. All the amenities were available - shampoo, soap, detergent, etc. Sean was very responsive and reached out throughout the weekend making sure everything was going well. All in all a great stay and we would certainly book again!

Your guide to Eureka Springs

Welcome to Eureka Springs

Nestled in the middle of northwest Arkansas’ oak-and-cedar-studded Ozark Mountains, Eureka Springs is a town unlike any other in the state. Its grand Victorians and Italianate buildings make quite the first impression. The entire downtown is on the National Register of Historic Places, with old stone buildings now housing boutiques, galleries, museums, and restaurants. Eureka Springs has been referred to as both the Magic City and the Stairstep Town for its winding streets, which surround the natural springs that give the town its name. You can wander past several springs, including Harding Spring and Grotto Spring, or explore the history of their healing powers at the Eureka Springs Historical Museum. With the Ozarks at the town’s doorstep, there are also plenty of outdoor activities on offer. The forested hills and clear rivers and lakes are popular for trout fishing, hiking, camping, and mountain biking. The ground underfoot is also a big attraction, with a network of caves and caverns ready to explore.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Eureka Springs

The best times to visit Eureka Springs are between April and June or September and October. The climate is most pleasant during spring, when the weather is warm but not yet hot and humid. With wild flowers beginning to bloom, this is a great season to take a hike or visit a local park. Eureka Springs is also charming in the fall, with bright foliage and crisp mountain air. Summer’s hot days may not be ideal for some, but they’re perfect for water activities at Beaver Lake, such as kayaking, fishing, swimming, and pontoon boating. When the cold hits, the crowds thin out, making winter a mellow time to visit for indoor activities like browsing the museum and shops.

Top things to do in Eureka Springs

Ozark Natural Science Center

The Ozark Natural Science Center turns Arkansas’ diverse mountains into an outdoor classroom. Naturalist-led hikes demystify the local geology and botany as you explore the area’s creeks, meadows, and limestone bluffs. Guided night treks allow you to experience the forest beneath the stars. The center is also a great place to learn about the Native American history of the region.

Thorncrown Chapel

Tucked in the Ozark woodlands, this modern chapel soars 48 feet into the hickory canopy. Some 425 windows — over 6,000 square feet of glass — bring in panoramic views of the outdoors. The chapel was designed by a local architect who coined the style Ozark Gothic.

Eureka Springs Historic District

The Ozarks have always been a source of inspiration, and that’s still evident in the Eureka Springs Historic District, where historic hotels and colorful Victorian homes helped the area earn a spot on the National Register of Historic Places. It’s the ideal quarter for an afternoon stroll, gawking at the preserved turn-of-the-century Queen Anne and Romanesque buildings.
