Jimmy's Vacation home

We were allowed to spend 2 nights in the apartment, we were very satisfied. the apartment was perfectly equipped for the 4 of us, very clean and quiet. The area offers a lot of excursion destinations. We would have liked to spend more time here but unfortunately we do not have a vacation anymore😁. I can absolutely recommend it.

A great place to stay, with fantastic views. In addition, the accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything was clean and Heidi was very friendly. She showed us her yard and took time for us. We even got eggs for breakfast. If we come back to Lucerne, we would take the same place.

The Castle was Amazing. Jost explained how to find the house, all the instructions were clear and with pictures. Also we received recommendations and advice on what to see around. The house has a great view. We had breakfast outside in the yard to watch lake and mountains. House is very clean, kitchen is equipped with everything you might ever need. Jost, thank you very much for such a pleasant opportunity to stay in Switzerland!

Farmhouse with fantastic lake view

RosemaryRating, 5 stars1 month ago
If you want to stay in a traditional historic Swiss farmhouse this really is the place for you. Yes, the floorboards creak and the ceilings are low, but nothing you wouldn't expect in a building of this age. It is well described and accurate. The views across the lake to the Rigi are breathtaking. It would be possible to simply sit all day and look out of the window. The accommodation has a lovely modern bathroom, is well equipped and as described. It is up a small private road which would be easy to miss if you didn't follow the clear instructions. Highly recommend a stay here. Jürg is lovely and the surroundings are simply gorgeous.

We had a fantastic stay at Kate's place, a great home from home whilst travelling through Switzerland! Kate went above and beyond for us, cannot thank her enough for her hospitality, despite the rainy days we had!

The Bungalow with Hotpot & Lakeview

YegorRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My wife and I were absolutely delighted with our stay! The house had all the necessary amenities for our 4-week stay, making it feel like a true home away from home. The space is beautiful, bright, and offers a breathtaking view of the lake. Its location is perfect: just a 10-minute walk to the lake, where you can rent paddleboards and catamarans. There’s a convenient shop nearby, open 7 days a week, and a fantastic bakery with fresh pastries. Supermarkets are just a short drive away. The private BBQ and jacuzzi in the garden were wonderful touches that made our stay even better. We loved being able to drive to Luzern in about 30 minutes and Zurich in 45. The house is also ideally placed for trips to the mountains and hiking spots like Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald, all within a 2-hour drive. The hosts, Fabienne and Sven, were absolutely amazing! We highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

Holidays Where the birds sing... (Am Vogelsang)

LinaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a lovely time at Tanja's wonderful apartment. The apartment is nicely decorated, the bed is super cozy, you can sit comfortably at the dining table and also the small kitchen is super well equipped. Unfortunately, we were totally unlucky with the mosquitoes, this year it was probably really bad everywhere on the lake, but we as mosquito magnets unfortunately could not use the beautiful outdoor area. But Tanja and her husband were super helpful and even provided us with the finesse that the anti-mosquito industry is providing. In addition, the apartment is very carefully equipped with mosquito screens so that you have wonderful peace in front of the beasts inside even with wide windows. The location of the apartment is great, a fantastic beach very close, great in terms of excursions and in a few minutes by bike or with a small field walk you can reach a wonderful small supermarket, which is really well equipped.
