Warm house at the foot of the Grand Ballon, Alsace

ChrisRating, 5 stars4 days ago
A very spacious, warm, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well equipped house. The kitchen was very well equipped. One of the very few Airbnbs we have stayed in with information about the area, restaurants, and area attractions, and above all what to do about refuse and recycling. So often I have to contact the owner to know what to do with recycling or even worse the owners have just ignored recycling. Just a 200m walk to the village centre and in our particular case the jazz festival Jazz Amarinois. Which by the way is a terrific event. In this house you really feel someone is proud of their house, enjoys letting it and giving pleasure. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in.

Spacious apartment with garden

YukieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I stayed with my friends and it was a very convenient and comfortable space. The shower room and kitchen were clean, and I was very satisfied with being able to relax in the living room and garden. There are restaurants, supermarkets in the neighborhood, where you can cook your own meals and enjoy both traditional German cuisine, and the train station is also close, and we arrived smoothly from Basel Airport. I'd love to stay again.

Cozy apartment + free transport (Konus card)

StefanRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Martina and Santiago are really very helpful hosts. Getting to the apartment is very well described and worked great. The apartment is pleasantly quiet in the beds you can sleep very well. We hiked to Rötteln Castle. When you reach the altitude meters, you will be rewarded with a beer garden in the spring and summer. It's worth the trip.

cozy little nest

LétitiaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Very nice place. Dominique is very warm, attentive and very responsive as much to respond to messages as for any need. He even went to buy something to sit in the shower, which I needed once. There is everything you need in the apartment and the bedding is very comfortable (except the mattress protectors that promote perspiration, but it is an understandable necessity). The neighborhood is very quiet. And the real bonus is the totally enclosed garden. When you have a dog, no run away, even for a little chihuahua. The garden is also without any vis-à-vis and very peaceful, it is very appreciated. I had a really nice week despite the vagaries of my health.

Sleek city home

EmmyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We spent three nights in this home (family of four with two young children) and had a great time. The home is well thought out, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. Everything looks like the pictures and there were no bad surprises. Beatrice met us when we checked in and showed us everything we needed to know. She was flexible when we requested an early check-in. She is very friendly and helpful and gave us many recommendations for the area. She even offered to bring over some more toys for our kids and recommended some activities which are more kid friendly. There is a delicious café around the corner (Lollo) which we frequented many times due to her recommendation. The center of town is about a 15 minute walk. We walked everywhere except to/from the gondola and to/from the train station. We took a taxi for those trips. We enjoyed our stay and would return. :)
