Book it!!! My family enjoyed our stay, Karla’s mother is so helpful. The people of Ecuador are so beautiful and peaceful, I visited Ecuador for a flower show to and Karla’s accepted to host us, and are grateful for the clean home, great views, help from Karla’s mom, and safe and friendly neighborhood. I did not think Ecuador was going to be this great with diverse visitors, and we can’t wait to come back. Karla’s home was the icing on the top.

My husband and I loved the apartment. It had the best shower in the world. It also had the best washing machine and dryer. It was so comfortable after a month of travelling through South America. Wonderful restaurants nearby as well as a huge supermarket. Don’t think twice just book this place.

The place is really beautiful, comfortable and cozy. I had the opportunity to be for two weeks and everything was wonderful, Miguel is an excellent host, it is the first time that it happens to me that they take the time to go to fix the apartment since the stay was for two weeks, everything was spotless… I was super happy and without thinking I would stay again in this apartment. 🥰

Julio and Joy are wonderful and accommodating people. I had the pleasure of meeting them after I had questions about the laundry service on site. I was happy with the apartment and felt very safe. An added bonus aside from pool was a nice restaurant located within walking distance.

Volcano view apt, balcony, 32”TV HD washer & dryer

LuigiRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Great experience. Apartment located in The One building across the street to CCI shopping mall and supermarket. Downstairs staff very helpful and kind. They even come to the apartment to pickup the rubbish. Stunning view. During these the country is suffering power outages for 9 or more hours. The building has its own power generator therefore we never suffered what most Ecuadorean do. In a few words, great apartment in a wonderful building with a very responsive and helpful host.
