3BR BeachCondo | Gulfside Pool | Hot tub | Sleep 8

RobertRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I was afraid the hurricane had canceled our trip. But it is amazing to see how fast they can get things back together in Florida. We still found lots to do. And there were plenty of shells to pick thru. Hope to visit again in better times.

Blue Beach Bungalow

EmilyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
I was looking for a place that had a great outdoor space so I could work. I love being by the water and this home not only has a pool and a hot tub, but it also has the canal. The home was clean, and I felt immediately at home there. Andy was a fantastic host for several reasons. I was able to get in in a time crunch, and Andy was very responsive anytime I reached out to him. He also was great to work with for future bookings. If you’re looking for a place like this, this home will be perfect for you. In addition to being in a quiet neighborhood, it was also located near a target and other stores similar. It is also near several cute bars and restaurants. This home was above my expectations as was Andy.

The Pearl Beach House, North Captiva Island,FL

DianaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Communication was excellent with Kermit and Kale. We definitely appreciated Kermits flexibility with our plans. Pine Island taxi and limo service was also perfect as they were always early and professional. The house was very well stocked with many things including beach towels and linens. My only word of warning to anyone is to go as prepared as you can for mosquitoes and no seems as you experience it most islands. I'm not sure if it's because there had been some rain, it was hot and not much of a breeze, or the time of the year but they were pretty constant. I took some of my own spray and baby oil but there was extra at the house as well!Everything about the island was definitely wonderful. I would highly recommend Kermit, Kale and the Pearl house. we hope to go again! Thank you so much for having us!

Private Heated Pool and Spa

MelissaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
House was great! I’m a picky person when it comes to clean spaces and this one was done right. Clean house, baseboards and fans. I travel with a memory foam topper because most beds are not comfortable I decided to try the bed for a night to see if I liked it and slept great never needing mine. There are box fans in each of the bedrooms if you are like me and need white noise to sleep. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had coffee available for you to enjoy. Would stay here again

Ken’s condo was the perfect accommodation for my out of town family members. The condo is exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was a true home away from home experience. The community pool provided a wonderful oasis for relaxation after long travel days to the Naples area. We whole heartedly recommend Ken’s place and hope to stay again in the future.

Bonita Beach and Tennis 1903

MorganRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Even with it being under construction our room was clean and put together. We had a little trouble locating it but I called and the host answered quickly and was very helpful. I was so surprised by all the things provided in the room such as beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, air mattress, extra blankets. Honestly the construction was kind of a plus for us because it felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves lol. The locals were so helpful we ran into with things to do and places to go. Very easy access to the beach as well!

Your guide to Naples

All About Naples

Ritzy Naples offers metropolitan glamour alongside the white sands of the Gulf Coast. Mediterranean-style mansions, marquee golf courses, and upscale shopping and dining corridors make Naples the posh centerpiece of Southwest Florida. Naples is also home to such world-class cultural institutions as the Baker Museum, where 15 galleries focus on contemporary and modern works. You can stroll among turn-of-the-century homes and mature palms in charming Old Naples, or drive inland to explore the sun-dappled environs of pristine swampland. Opportunities for day trips to suit all moods also abound: You can make the short journey to glossy resort-mecca Marco Island, or opt for a more laid-back excursion to outdoorsy Bonita Springs.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Naples

Naples enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine a year. June through September are hot, with average highs in the low 90s Fahrenheit. October and November cool off slightly, with average temperatures in the low to high 80s, and from December through February, temperatures dip into the 70s. March through May climb back into the 80s. Naples experiences lots of rainfall June through September, and a little bit all year round, so plan ahead and pack for wet weather.

Top things to do in Naples

Naples Botanical Garden

Among the offerings of this 170-acre park are nine distinct gardens, a Javanese temple, hammocks, bocce ball courts, and a children’s garden outfitted with a treehouse. The plants, of course, are the stars: They include orchids from around the world, banyan trees, colorful and fragrant plumeria, and towering palms, all thriving within meticulously landscaped grounds. The park is also home to a 90-acre nature preserve inhabited by gopher tortoises, and a visitor’s center built of ancient cypress logs reclaimed from the bed of the Apalachicola River.

Vanderbilt Beach

About 20 minutes from downtown, this is a lively beach where sunseekers play and mingle. The appeal of this stretch of powdery white sand, lapped by the gem-toned waters of the Gulf of Mexico, hasn’t gone unnoticed by developers, and vacationers from nearby hotels and resorts come here to frolic in the shadow of luxury. This means you’ll find everything you need for a fun day at the beach close at hand, including gear rentals and tropical drinks. Arrive early in the morning for a more sedate atmosphere and top-notch shelling.

Audubon Society Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary

Leave the city behind and enter this fascinating and beautiful 13,000-acre nature sanctuary, where a 2.5-mile boardwalk will carry you through a dazzling mixture of flora, including the largest old-growth bald cypress forest in North America. Bald cypresses, which are related to redwood trees, can grow to 130 feet and are furred in gently swaying mosses and colorful bromeliads. In the summer, look out for the white blooms of delicate and rare ghost orchids.

The park is home to deer, alligators, otters, and turtles, but many flock here for the birds. The park is a vaunted stop on the Great Florida Birding and Wildlife Trail, and is home to barred owls, red-tailed hawks, and the rainbow-hued painted bunting, to name a few.
