Luxury Penthouse San Pedro Great Location

ByronRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I did not meet Sall, it was a "family member" of him named Aaron that assisted me and had access to my reservation. I met him in person when arriving to the airbnb to go over the house rules. You do have to leave your identification every time with the front security guards when coming into the buliding. To get access to the pool area or gym you do need to register your fingerprint. Which i'm assuming it's something more ideal for the residents that actually live there. You also do have a train that is like 100ft in front of the building that passes by every 2 hrs or so and you can hear it loud and clear when it does. No iron board or blow dryer. Other than that place was spot on, clean and organized. Everything functioned as it should. Great views from the terrace.

Night club converted into apartment

AndyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Probably the coolest Airbnb my family ever stayed in. We were just looking for a way to avoid cramming our 4 kids and us into an airport hotel and stumbled on this place. A few quirks with the stove and little stuff, and each bedroom is actually a curtained-off section (meaning when kids wake up, you wake up) but I felt like I was some kind of millionaire staying here. Beds were incredibly comfortable and we each took our own because there were a zillion. And the outside courtyard and neighborhood/gated community are top notch. Just book it. And if you have 3 families hanging out together still just book it. Place is huge and incredible.
