Unique and exotic beach front townhouse

YahilinRating, 5 stars3 months ago
I had a wonderful stay at Mr. Mishael's house. The house is very nice and well cared for, with an incredible proximity to the sea. Having the promenade right behind the house was fantastic for walking and enjoying the surroundings, and the proximity of the beach made our stay even more special. Also, the house is very well equipped; I didn't need anything as everything needed was there. Mishael was always attentive and understanding. I look forward to being able to return soon I really recommend this place! THANK YOU Mr. Michael !!!!

Great stay! Booked last minute when we had some problems at our place that needed renovations for the week. We were able to bring our fur babies and there was a dog park 1-2 mins walking distance! The pool area was beautiful and Jeffrey was very nice and helpful!

Design District/Wynwood Lux Villa~Heated Pool

HenryRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We recently had our 29-year high school reunion in Miami. While being out and about was great, our stay at Patty’s place was absolutely perfect. The house provided plenty of space for us to spread out and comfortably enjoy each other's company. We laughed, reminisced about childhood memories, and reflected on how much we've all grown over the years. The decor was impeccable and truly suited our tastes, making the atmosphere even more special. And the swimming pool? It was the icing on the cake! Every second spent there was unforgettable. Patty, your team’s responsiveness made everything run smoothly, and it was greatly appreciated. We look forward to our next visit to the neighborhood!

Waterfront home walking distance to Las Olas/Beach

CameronRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is the second time that I’ve stayed at this property and I love it! You cannot beat staying on the corner of a canal and the location is great - close to both Las Olas Blvd and Fort Lauderdale Beach. Steven was responsive, as always, and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay on our end. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing vacation.

Lucia was a wonderful host. We evacuated for Hurricane Milton, and she was so accommodating to our family! Space was baby friendly and great for a large group who needed to space to work, cook, play, etc. It was very clean, had many amenities on site, and was walkable to restaurants. We would definitely rent here again!

This Airbnb was very spacious with lots of amenities to make the stay fun. The neighborhood was really nice - we brought our canine companion and enjoyed walking around and everyone was really friendly. Although there weren't sidewalks, there was very very little traffic so it wasn't an issue. The place was great for a stay, and I'm comfortable highly recommending it!

Paradise Found! Miami Skyline and Water Views! 4BR

ChandaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We LOVED our stay with Bluewater! The hosts were attentive and stayed in constant communication. They also left us a complimentary bottle of wine, card and balloons for our birthdays!❤️ The home was clean, with plenty of space and the balcony was absolutely tremendous. It is important to note that the view is not entirely oceanfront but you do see a bit of the bay and the city view was well worth it! We met Flava Flav in the lobby on day 1! lol. The hotel staff were, for the most part, also excellent. We did witness one of the valets and a guest get into a rather large altercation, ending in a fight. I will say the services of the valet were not the greatest. They were rude and unattentive and forgot to "sign out" our vehicle a couple of times, whilst rushing every single person around by skirting tires and honking horns. Overall, I would recommend! In a prime spot, beautiful views and setting and the amenities of the building were phenomenal. If you're thinking about it, just do it

Surf House by The Guest/House Collection

AnselRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This place looks even better than the pictures. As soon as you walked in, the wonderful fragrance greeted you before you could visually look at the place. The exterior lawn is was well manicured as well as the smooth driveway. The way you can back into the driveway and open up the drivers door directly onto the patio while being covered from rain was genius. In the house you could literally want for nothing.. All you need is groceries. And if you only eat out then you need nothing. All toiletries were provided as well as laundry detergent and cleaning supplies to keep the place tidy. The bedrooms were neat and clean and all outlets and electronics and appliances worked as designed. It rained everyday I was there, so I didn't not get a chance to take advantage of the backyard as well as the beach but the backyard looked great and they provided all items needed for the for a proper beach day!. I will definitely be staying at this place the next time I visited!

Your guide to Miami Beach

All About Miami Beach

Miami Beach is a small island city eight miles off the glittering metropolis of Miami. Just as cosmopolitan and diverse as its neighbor, Miami Beach is more laid back, and life here is anchored around the miles of fine white-sand shoreline. There are three distinct neighborhoods: trendy South Beach, known for swanky clubs, hotels, fusion restaurants, and some of the city’s best Art Deco architecture; Mid-Beach, which overlaps South Beach and is marked by the retro glamour of hotspot hotels and landmark museums built in the 1950s; and quieter, residential North Beach, an ideal spot to linger through the heat of the day in shady plazas, Argentinian bakeries, and Cuban cafes. Other great places to stay or visit include the barrier islands north of Miami Beach, including upscale Bal Harbour; the quaint town of Surfside Beach; and Sunny Isles, known as Florida’s Riviera.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Miami Beach

With year-round average temperatures in the 80s Fahrenheit, Miami Beach’s consistently gorgeous weather is one of its biggest draws. Like other subtropical destinations, South Florida experiences two main seasons: a slightly cooler dry season between November and March, and a hotter, more humid summer for the rest of the year. Whenever you come, pack sunscreen and lightweight, warm-weather clothes — even in the middle of winter, the temperature here rarely dips below 60 degrees. In summer, the temperatures can break into the 90s, and passing thunderstorms are common. Check the forecast and plan to be inside when the rain hits, or find a café or bar to wait it out. You may also want to bring a small, packable umbrella just in case.

Top things to do in Miami Beach

Art Deco Historic District

There are more than 800 beautifully preserved examples of Art Deco architecture from the 1920s through the 1940s in Miami Beach. Join an Art Deco walking tour, or stroll along Ocean Drive on your own in search of porthole windows, curved lines, and triangular shapes, and sunburst or whimsical floral design motifs.

Lincoln Road

More than just an outdoor mall, Lincoln Road is a wide, 10-block pedestrian promenade lined with fashion boutiques and restaurants with sidewalk dining. Go window shopping, or grab an ice cream and sprawl on palm-tree-dotted green space in the middle of the boulevard to take in the scene.

Biscayne Bay

Admire the stunning Miami skyline on a cruise of Biscayne Bay. Nature lovers can also make the hour-long drive to the bay’s south end to Biscayne National Park, where you can snorkel a coral reef or kayak past mangrove forests.

Miami’s Art Scene

Miami Beach is an arts and culture mecca in its own right, but it’s worth heading into Miami for that city’s renowned museums. Visit interior design stores and art galleries in the sleek Miami Design District, and stop by the hip Wynwood neighborhood for some stunning street art installations and public art.
